I gave Ouai hand soap and lotion to a dear friend as a gift and also bought some for myself. When I couldn’t get my pump to work, I called my friend and she couldn’t get her pump to work either. I won’t be gifting your products again that’s for sure.

I really tried to get this opened but it never did. I had to go buy a soap dispenser for this. The smell of this soap is nice but no one really commented on it when I put it in our guest restroom. Everyone just assumed it was from b&bw because of the exfoliating beads. I wouldn’t purchase this again.
