A: Hi Rainbowcarebear. The Our Generation accessories are compatible with most 18" dolls. The American Girl dolls have different feet sizes (larger than OG Dolls) and this may hinder the cast from closing. The Battat Team

It’s cute, and my kid loves it but two of the items arrived broken. I don’t want to return the whole thing to gamble for a new one with no broken items. (Besides, my kid is already playing with it, I doubt I could take it back!)

When I first purchased the set, half of the pieces were missing from the box. Not even the small items, but all of the bedding and clothing. Luckily the replacement had all the parts. Overall the set is very cute and has a lot of fun details. Not a fan of the lightning bolt pattern on the gown and pillow, and it bothers me that there's a superhero graphic on the face mask and IV bag. A few pieces are duplicate with the Medi-Care stretcher set.
