Q: Does this work well with AG doll too? I purchased the cast previously as part of an outfit set and it does not fit. Wondering if the dimensions of the wheelchair will work. Thank you!

A: Evidently the AG dolls have chubbier legs than the OG dolls as the cast wouldn't snap on our AG doll. However, a rubber band that blends into the cast color is a quick fix and my 3 and 6 year old were happy! Amy

Q: Will the OG dolls' feet actually reach the footrests? Their pic seems like the doll is bending her knees (which our dolls can't do)? Thanks!

A: Hi there! Depending how the doll is seated in the wheelchair, it is possible for the feet to reach the foot rests, even for non-posable (Regular) dolls who do not bend at the knees. Usually this means that the doll is not put into a fully sitting position in the wheelchair seat. It will require a little bit of adjusting to get the legs positioned the right way for the foot rests, as normally Regular dolls have their legs at a wider angle when they are rotated fully into a sitting position. However, our greatest product advisors - kids - have reported that the wheelchair is still super fun to play with, even if the doll's feet do not sit directly on the footrests, so with a little imagination, this pretend-play toy still passes the "fun" test!

Our little love to play pretend. This has been such a joy to add into playing with the dolls. The accesories work for playing with multiple dolls and injury types. The wheel chair isn't as durable as we'd like but it still works. Keep the accesories in a reusable zip bag and the fun never has to stop.

Bought two and both casts wouldn’t work. I contacted customer service and they literally hung up on me on purpose after being on hold for 30 mins. I am so unbelievably frustrated.

My 3.5 year old daughter played with this wheelchair at a friend’s house and asked for it for Christmas. Didn’t realize it was a whole set - some many cute pieces (cast, x rays, bandaids, crutches). It’s definitely not the quality of American girl doll accessories but it’s not at that price point either. Good bang for your buck! Overall really cute set!

I got this for Christmas 2024 and I really love it! The wheelchair, crutches and leg cast are by far my favourite! It’s a little bit annoying how the bandages can’t be secured well, how my doll (Sabina) doesn’t sit in the chair very well (but that could be her stiff leg joints) and the marker doesn’t wipe off the cast very well. Also, why are wheelchairs only in hospital sets? They’re not only for life in hospital! Overall super wonderful and cute set with a few minor flaws!

Meh, not good enough quality for $30. Toy cast wouldn’t stay shut. Toy bandage missing Velcro. Would’ve been nice if toy ice bag actually was waterproof and you could put ice in it. Disappointing for my daughter.

This set is super cute but I’m disappointed that the cast is too small for our American Girl doll’s leg. Also, the Velcro for the ace bandage doesn’t stick well at all. The wheelchair is great. My daughter loves that. I just don’t recommend if you are buying this set for an American Girl Doll.
