Q: Is the bow/headband in the hair removable (without causing damage to the doll or bow)?

A: Hi dbl. The bow/headband is made to be removed. When new it is held on with security plastic tabs that need to be carefully removed by an adult. Once removed, the headband can be taken off. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: How long is the hair on this doll? In one picture, it looks a little longer than shoulder length (which is not very long), but in another picture it looks longer.

A: Hi TiffanyRawe. The OG Bina doll has legs that rotate at the hip so she can sit with her legs straight out. The non-posable dolls like Bina are made to stand with their legs straddling the horses or to sit with their legs straight out and held on by the person playing with them. The Battat Team

I love Bina! The color of her hair is true to a natural dark blonde. Many doll makers don’t portray this natural look. Her short hair is super cute too! She’s adorable in professional dress or in casual wear!

First impression…My daughter loved it. It’s super cute, great size and nice outfit. We bought an extra outfit for her too but only thing that’s bothering her is that the doll does not have enough hair to cover up the bald spots. Overall it’s cute that why we gave it 4 stars. Just Wished the doll had more hair

The blonde dollie is six months old but her hair by far is the the worst as far as being sparse to the point of baldness constantly showing through. The dark brown dollie is a week old and her hair is just thin. If it isn't parted a certain way then she has spots showing. The last is this doll, Bina. She was picked up today and as soon as my daughter took out the hairband, you can see that again far apart wig plugs and not enough strands to make up the difference. I have contacted Battat and the hoops/responses have been poor at best. We have two older OG dolls and this was not a problem. In fact they have more hair than these dolls and are over a year old, one is at least two years old. The changes for this company has gone away from quality and the hair has suffered the worst.

The hair is really soft, the body part is soft too, except the legs and arms. She can barely stand on her own. However, for 25 Dollars, I think she is the real deal if you want a good but cheap gift.

Doll's hair came packaged in with pigtails and so many strands longer than actual length of hair. One of the eyes doesn't stay all the way open when doll is upright.

Super cute doll and outfit. Only complaint is she's supposed to have straight hair, but upon delivery her hair is in pigtails. The elastics kink the hair and hair stays separated into two sections after taking the elastics out due to being in pigtails.
