It's super adorable. I plan on giving it to my niece. She'll love it for her dolls especially with the summer season coming up. She adores mermaids. There's really no super small pieces so I'd say it's safe for kids ages 5 and up. You could use it on any dolls 16" - 18".

The set includes fun items like goggles, arm floaties, a paddle board and a unique mermaid foot fin that transforms the doll into an underwater adventurer! Beware- I nearly passed out trying to inflate the arm floaties- eventually accomplished by using a hand air pump. Also, it’s a bit of a bummer that the set doesn’t include a swimsuit. Fortunately, my daughter had one already that perfectly complemented the set. Even still, the set succeeded in sparking imaginative play and creative storytelling so that’s a win.

The accessories are so so cute very well made and love the whole theme. I don't why I thought it was for a actually toddler lol but I love that it's for a doll and with grandma having a pool this accessories will be come in handy.
