HI Erin - Thank you for your feedback. Please take a look below at our hair care guide to help in maintaining her hair. How To Brush Our Hair: 1. For the best results, it is recommended to use a wire brush. 2. Divide my hair into small sections and gently brush them one at a time. Make sure to brush out the tangles starting from the bottom of my hair and then moving up. 3. Mist my hair lightly with water from a spray bottle if you are having a hard time detangling it. 4. If I have wavy hair, be very gentle when brushing the ends to help preserve my curls. 5. For tight curls, finger style my hair. Separate a small section of my hair and work your fingers through it, twirling as you go. 6. For braided styles, tightly braiding my hair while damp will help control frizzy ends. 7. Avoid using styling products like gel or mousse, as this may damage my hair. 8. Avoid using a blow dryer, hot rollers, curling or straightening iron on my hair. 9. Always keep my hair away from extreme heat. You can also use a clothes steamer, starting at the bottom in small sections, working your way up to straighten the hair. Please remember not to put direct heat on the dolls head or hair.

My daughter loves how she comes with a little book and all the hairstyles to do. She has a hairstylist doll and chair to use. The button is a little hard to use or work at all at times to get the hair out is why I gave it 4 stars.

My daughter loves this doll so much! the only problem is that her hair won’t release. We twisted the knob to shorten it a little and the button is broken. That’s the only reason I dropped it two stars, cause it’s kinda her selling point. that being said, we still love her, she’s our fav!

The opinions here are based on our own experiences. This doll comes with a comb, clips and hair extension pieces as well as a booklet that teaches hairstyles she can use on the doll and herself. The doll's hair is long and beautiful and she loves the baby pink strips of color. She literally plays for hours with this doll. It's eyes close when laid down and open when standing. It's good size. She can swap out the clothes with other clothes she has. She takes it everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Ok so the packaging arrived in great shape and presented her beautifully. She loved how you can grow the hair through the top of the dolls head or make it shorter. You can add clips in her hair and everything is so easy and user friendly for her at 7 years old. It feels like a high end quality doll with a good selection of accessories to get any child started.
