A: Our Always Pan was designed to be compatible with all stovetops! Ideally, the ring on your stovetop is aligned with the center of the bottom (4.5 – 6 inches in diameter) to ensure a solid magnetic connection. Typically that means using the smallest burner if you've got an induction stove.

Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking on the stove top?

A: Yes, the small handle (we call it our "helper handle") is part of the same cast aluminum body as the Always Pan so it will definitely get hot. The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

What I don't care for was the bottom of the pan is convex, allowing fluid and oils to collect around the edges instead of evenly across the bottom. Additionally, the wood spatula cracked down the middle shortly after arriving.

We follow care instructions and hand wash and dry immediately and they are still not holding up. They also are not “non-stick”, cooking basic things like eggs stick incredibly bad. I am highly disappointed in this company & would not recommend or rebuy.

But my wife really liked opening those big boxes with the pretty blue pots and pans. It took a couple of weeks for her to feel like she wasn't being disloyal to her cookware she has had forever. Now I see her using it all more and more. I am impressed with the quality and weight of all the items. The color looks good in our kitchen too. I'm glad I saw all this online and pulled the trigger buying this for her. I would do it again.
