A: If you're using your Mini Always Pan 2.0 as directed and are applying a small amount of fat when frying an egg, it shouldn't stick. Please reference the Our Place use and care instructions for details

Q: Does the steel handle get hot?

A: The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

They are designed really well, I love how the spatula or spoon has a built in holder. If you’re looking for some pots and pans that will last, these are definitely worth a buy!

I use this pan almost daily. I originally bought the larger one and love it too but this smaller pan is perfect for cooking for 1 or 2 people. Sometimes I wish I could put it in the dishwasher but I love it too much to risk it.
