I really like the idea behind this sandbox. The kitchen area is adorable with working components and the little pots that were included. The play area for sand is a decent size for my two boys. The awning which also doubles as the cover for the sand is a good idea. What I dislike about this product is the poor quality of wood. I don't foresee this lasting more than this season. The wood of the awning that moves up and down to cover the sand when not in use is already cracking.
