Q: What is the expansion length? It says it's 16.22" overall, but is that when it's expanded or when it isn't? What is the beginning length when not expanded vs. when it is expanded?

A: Fully expanded it is 21 inches. 16 is closed.

Q: What is the actual measured length of the basket only? My sink is only 14" wide, so I don't know if it will fit.

I absolutely love this dish drying rack! It fits so perfectly within the sink. We use it for my sons medication syringes/cups that can’t go in the dishwasher and his various toys toys that he tends to “hide” in the trash. I can’t stick those in the dishwasher to clean them. So this drying rack is perfect for his small toys. It’s saved many syringes, toddler utensils and toys from going down the garbage disposal! ♥️

This is a great little drainer. I keep a dish sponge and dish brush in the compartments on one end. It stays in place well and there is room underneath it/doesn't reach bottom of sink. I really like that it doesn't take up counter space.

Our dishwasher broke and the part was back ordered, so hand washing it was. I love this thing still! It’s sturdy and not wobbly, and it sits perfectly across the sink to drain/dry dishes. I use it all the time, even with a functioning dishwasher. It’s also super easy to spray with Dawn power wash and rinse out. I’ve even used the dishwasher to clean it.

I wash both my large dogs food bowls after every meal and this makes life easy! I can keep their things drying separate from mine and the utensil segments are perfect to place a sponge designated for their things as well as scrubbers for their Kong dog toy leaner tools. I’ve recommended these to all the dog people I know as well! They’re easy to clean too!

So happy with this purchase! This little drainer has made a big difference in keeping my kitchen uncluttered. We rinse our dishes off and put them in here until they are washed. This keeps my counter and sink free to use, It also looks great with the Joseph Joseph dish pan. It also comes in handy rinsing off veggies and fruits.

When I got this strainer through curb side pick I realized it had been a used, returned strainer. It was water stained with food particles still on it. I notified Target online and they immediately shipped me a. Rand new one. With this being said, I do like the strainer. I have a 60/40 sink and it extends across the 60 part quite nicely. It holds a lot too! And a shout out to Target online for getting me a brand new one so quickly!
