A: I say yes! I do use it for my school water bottle with ice and it does last A WHILE IT LASTED ME ALMOST 2 DAYS but yes i know that isn’t your question! I say yes i put like my hot coca in it and its works! It’s really good i suggest you get this cup what’s really cool is that it has a straw or a (chug?) option!

Doesn’t hold up for regular use on the go. The school year has two months left and my tween is on her third Owala. This time I was there when it happened. The bottle fell off the table at dinner and parts went flying. They don’t consider this regular wear and tear to be covered under their warranty. I was remarking how so many water bottle lids from other brands like Contigo and Thermos have held up to this day, surviving toddlerhood, preschool, and here my sixth grader is going through Owalas like crazy in one school year! I remember years after buying an Ello they kindly sent us a new lid when they didn’t have to. To add to the drama, there is no way to replace these exact Owala lids because the ones she gets are special edition - so, even though it was only bought a couple months ago, replacements lids aren’t available on their site and the bottles are sold out. I think we’re done with Owala.

It was great until it wasn’t. The metallic is super sleek looking and I love the spout. The main downside came when I washed (hand washed) the bottle and it absorbed the flavor and scent of the soap. It still hasn’t gone away and my water tastes soapy even after a week of rinsing and trying to eliminate the soapy taste and smell

Beautiful bottle, doesn't leak and has a good user experience. Unfortunately, I left the bottle full of water for a few days and the staw has a terrible smell that I can't get rid of, even after using soap and then white vinegar! Makes the water taste nasty now.

i got this for track season and I'm IN LOVE! it's so easy to hold with the handle (which is a necessity for track iykyk) and im in love with the color. I would like to say its a bit overpriced for a water bottle but hey i got my money's worth ig. I also rly like that you could sip or chug and the design is perfect!! THANK YOU OWALA
