The roller ball function doesn't work at all. I tried to shake it loose, pound it to loosen it so more product comes through, and I even tried to squeeze it out. I usually like Target brand products, but this one was a fail.

I love this stuff! I use it when needed for back pain relief and neck pain. It has a cool tingly menthol that it leaves behind and can feel it instantly. I feel much more relaxed and the effect continues for much longer than I would expect. This is a must have in medicine cabinet!

Great to help with pain. I just this mostly on my lower back and my neck. I think that the menthol really helped take the edge off of the pain and it made me feel more comfortable. It is very easy to apply and it comes out easily. It doesnt smell as strongly as Bengay does, it is a little more subtle.

This pain roll on is outstanding. It works for all my aches and pains. It is so much easier to apply than other brands I’ve tried. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family. This pain roll on works out great!

This is a fabulous roll-on gel. I've used a similar product in the past, but this one is much cheaper and, in my opinion, works better. Lately I've been using it to temporarily relieve pain from tennis elbow. The gel comes out of the roll evenly and easily. The best part is that it dries quickly - this is great when I am wearing long sleeves. The size of the bottle makes it easy to travel with or even throw into my purse. I will definitely buy this product again.

Love this. I definitely prefer the roll on gels as opposed to the traditional creams. So much easier to apply and doesn't get all over the place. Much easier to target a specific area. It was a little difficult to dispense the product and get enough out of the container.

Up & Up Pain Relieving Roll On Gel goes on easily and smoothly. I feel some pain relief within a few minutes of application. It does go on cold and warms up gradually. There is a strong menthol scent, but it dissipates. I used this on my tennis elbow and calf muscle and it did soothe the aches. Up & Up Pain Relieving Roll on Gel works just as well as the "big brands" and I'm going to be stocking up my medicine cabinet with more products such as this!

As someone who religiously purchases name brand item, this Target brand knocks it out of the park as an identical item, that WORKS! I truly think this roll on works better than my normal one. Easy to use bottle that makes putting on my pain relieving product easy! Spreads it accordingly and effectively. Easy to store, and throw in your work bag. Smell is pleasant, and not too overpowering. A+ product! Works to alleviate the brand on the spot after application! Long lasting.

I love this Pain Relief Menthol Roll on gel by up&up. It works great. I tried others and they were ok but they are so expensive. This one is so affordable and it works. My pain went away instantly. I highly recommend this.
