There is 0 difference. I’ve been using this for 4 months and it’s just a face cream. Took away 0 dark spots. The cream says may take up to 6 weeks but there’s no difference. The smell is awful, it really stinks. I don’t recommend

Thank you for your feedback, Jessica. We are sorry that the Cocoa Butter Formula Eventone Fade Cream was not a fit for your skin. We will pass your comments along.

EXCUSE ME ALL. This stuff does absolutely works! I used it just one day and I honestly saw a difference in my face! The thing I disagree with is they raised the price and decreased the size. SHAME ON YOU!

I purchased this cream a few weeks ago and I can tell the change! The first one was too harsh on my skin, so when I saw the new ingredients I gave it a try. It smells great, it is easy to put on, and I am very pleased. I will be purchasing some more. Thank you for the product

So I recently bought this product but I noticed it’s a deep brown in color but on google it’s a white cream. Is this a new making? It has hydroquinone
I had to toss it; I could not stand the smell.

With apologies because I love your cocoa butter products, both of the fade creams I ordered had such a strong "vitamin-y" smell that I had to toss them out. I guess I could have returned them but after using each one once I knew I didn't want them around any longer.

Please bring back the old forumla!

Like many other people have already said, I'm really disappointed you guys discontinued the old forumla and without warning too. If I knew, I would of at least stocked up before it was gone. The old forumla was perfect. It cleared up my dark areas in only two weeks and made my skin so smooth and soft looking. Unfortunately, this new forumla is not as effective. It doesn't have sunscreen, makes me darker, and seems like it breaks me out. I was excited at first when I realized you guys were making the cream more natural, but didn't expect that you guys would completely discountinue the old forumla and that this new forumla wouldn't be as effective. Why not have both the old and new forumla available so people can choose which one works best for them? Hydroquinone isn't a bad ingredient, it been used for decades and dermatologists recommend it all the time for hyperpigmentation. Please bring back the old forumla or at least improve on this one so it works just as well. I've used this cream on/off for years it was so affordable and very effective. It really was my favorite cream I'm sad to see it go, but I guess I'll just have to find another brand of cream to use from now on.

Thank you for your feedback. We will pass on your comments to the appropriate staff. The Skin Success Anti-Dark Spot collection that is sold in the US was changed due to an FDA mandate that hydroquinone can no longer be sold in over-the-counter products. The inclusion of sunscreen as part of the monograph for the active hydroquinone. Our new formulation uses a new active system that works by combining powerful tone correcting ingredients including 5% Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Songyi Mushroom, and Retinol to reduce the appearance of dark spots and discoloration in as little as two weeks. Depending on your skin, you may see more visible results with regular use, however, at 6-8 weeks. Retinol can still make some more photosensitive, and results are best maintained when using a sunscreen, so we recommend using a daily sunscreen of at least SPF 15 or higher

I started using this product with the old formula “hydroquinone” in 2019 and it worked very well for my face. It cleared all my dark spots and gave me a perfect tone. In late 2020, I bought 4 of the new formula and I must say for over a year that I have been using it, it did not clear any of dark spots. Because I like this brand so much and I love the consistency of the face cream, I am still using it. The old formula with hydroquinone was the best. Wish they can bring it back.

Removing the effective ingredient "hydroquinone" was a very bad idea. This product no longer works. I will not purchase it again. Niacinamide does not work.

This is a good product but the one before the "new 5% niacinamide " works way better. While using the other eventone fade cream formula, it cleared my blemishes and I bought a next one to continue using the product but it's not working. Don't know what else to do for my skin. Its definitely not working for my discolorations.

Dear Leah, in clinical trials, 97% saw results in 2 weeks. 100% saw improvement in 4 wks when used twice a day. If you've just started with the product try to give it more time to work. We will pass on your feedback to the appropriate staff.

They removed hydroquinone and that’s what makes it effective for removing dark spots. I hate I ordered two jars because it’s useless now. It was amazing before.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you're not trying our new formula of Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Eventone Fade Cream. We are using Niciamide, vitamin C, and Japanese Songyi Mushroom extract in place of the hydroquinone. Those three ingredients target hyperpigmentation as well. If given a little time, we are certain you should see results.
