We're sorry to hear that the shaver didn't meet your expectations. For a better results, it's often effective to shave against the direction of hair growth. However, be gentle and avoid going over the same area repeatedly to prevent skin irritation. The angle at which you hold the shaver can significantly affect its performance. Hold it at a slight angle for optimal contact with your skin, and adjust as needed for different areas.

This does not come with a charging cord. But a plug in charging block which the razor sits in .. terrible design not convenient and clunky. As stated in description it is supposed to come with a cable.

Hello, Leslie! Thank you so much for your feedback. Please note that this product comes with an AC wall adaptor that provides the ER-GB42 trimmer with up to 50 minutes of cordless use on one charge. The cordless design consists in placing the trimmer on the AC adaptor, and then inserting the power plug into a household outlet. This product does not come with a charging cord, however we will make sure to forward your feedback to our team for future improvements.

Adjustable guard works well and is easy to keep clean. But the charger for this must be plugged directly into an outlet and it's so big that it blocks the other socket. Battery itself doesn't last more than a few uses so it needs to be charged frequently. I'd get something else, too many small issues.

Not sure if mine is defective or not but it gives the most inconsistent shave. Always sounds like it’s winding down to die even when it’s right off the charger.

My boyfriend loves this. It’s great to not need all those extra pieces like his old razor. He doesn’t really like how the charger is a stand. Makes it kind of awkward to plug in other things with it.
