The fans would only run for a few seconds even at full charge. You have to giggle it to get it to work for only a few seconds. This is cheaply made and not worth the $24 sales price.

I've got health issues that make me not able to regulate my body temps. So when the rest of the world is just hot I'm roasting, pouring sweat. On top of being asthmatic. This fan has been a life saver for me!! I aim it at my face at two different angles for full coverage and I can be outside in the summer heat camping and fishing with my family when I would've to stay home in the AC before. On really hot days I kick it up on high and put a disposable ice pack under the frame on my neck and I'm golden. I highly recommend this fan to anyone. It does take a while to fully charge and it's hard to feel the button once it's on ur neck. I recommend putting it to the speed you need before wearing it but those are the only downsides it has. It's really quiet even on high, extremely light, easily adjusted to fit your needs and the small fans are light enough that your adjustments won't droop over time like other fans this style. I plan on getting more of these to add to the camping gear for the rest of my family.
