I dyed my hair red, and if you ladies know anything about that process, you know the red loves to fade, and fade quickly. I purchased this with that in mind. It’s helped retain the color, for sure, but I will say if you have thick curly hair like myself, this product might not be the best. The product is thin, not a ton of moisture. Add a product if you need the thick moisturizing detanggling effect.

No matter how much I tried to rinse it out I was left with a film on my hair once it dried. Wouldn’t recommend for thin haired people.

I have had this product for close to two months and thankfully almost out so I can switch. I have thick hair and I have to use an ungodly amount of this product to feel as though its even covering my hair. Its watered down to it runs off your hand before you can even get it to your hair even after spreading it across your hands to evenly spread. Not happy with this product

As conditioners go it’s average. If you don’t have dry hair or any issues and just need a basic conditioner that won’t build up etc then it’s probably great. However if it’s moisture you need then this won’t do it. Way too thin and not rich enough. Paul Mitchell The Detangler

I think this conditioner is a bit overpriced. It does feel nice and leaves my colored hair shiny. I don't notice a huge difference in the longevity of my color, and I wish this conditioner felt a bit more luxurious for the price- a nicer lather or a scent would help.
