I ordered a solid brown king comforter set online but received a blue comforter instead. Unfortunately, I am currently injured and unable to leave my house, so I contacted Target customer care to arrange for a pickup of the incorrect item. However, customer service only offered me a prepaid return label. I explained multiple times that I cannot leave my house, as printing the label and dropping off the item would require me to go out. Despite this, they insisted that Target does not offer any other options. It's frustrating that this situation, which is not the customer's fault, cannot be resolved more conveniently. If Target ships the wrong product and the customer is unable to leave their house, there should be alternative solutions available. The representative reiterated that the only options were to return the product in-store or drop it off. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Target's service. As a regular in-store customer, this online shopping experience has made me reconsider purchasing from Target in the future.

I love this comforter set! It’s so soft and warm you’ll never want to get out of bed. Even my cat is obsessed. The faux rabbit fur is soft and silky, and the Sherpa lining on the backside is thick and fluffy! The only thing I don’t like about sherpa is that everything (lint,crumbs)) gets stuck to it. This set includes 2 matching pillowcases that zip closed in the back, which I LOVE. The fur is very light-colored with more white than brown and looks fantastic in my guest room!

The blend of colors and pattern look of the fur mimics real fur. The comforter and pillow shams look luxurious and has a nice weight to it. The sherpa backing is soft, but things stick to it and it isnt my favorite fabric. This set does look luxurious but I think overall it could be softer and made with more washable fabrics. I love that the comforter is oversized and hangs over the edges of my bed.

Straight out of the package this is extremely soft and beautiful. But I had some issues when I washed this set following the instructions. I washed and then dried on low as instructed but it was damaged along the edges with the faux fur now matted and the pillow cases also were matted. My recommendation is to dry on low only a few minutes then air dry. Otherwise it’s warm and soft with hardly any shedding.

Ultra cozy! This will be my winter quilt. It’s like your favorite throw blanket but big enough for your whole bed! Also loving the GOT vibes! The furry side doesn’t seem to shed and is super soft. The white side is also soft, but does look like it will get pilled/less soft over time. I also wish the bright white backing was more of a cream to blend in better with the fur colors, but overall love this! My kids already are fighting over it because of the softness. Maybe I’ll be nice and share the pillow cases with them. :)

For the cost, id pick a different faux fur comforter. This particular color doesn't look natural, but rather dirty. It's soft in places but rough in some areas. The sherpa backing is white while the front is off white. Maybe a different color would be better. I've fluffed it in the dryer to get loose fur from getting all over my dark clothing. See the photo from before the dryer and barely touching it. Another bummer for me is the sherpa side. I've had blankets like this and after they were washed and dried, they got clumpy. Why not use a soft backing like a low pile velour? I do like the idea of the faux rabbit fur, but this wasn't for me. If you are as picky 🤪, give it a try.
