Why with the artificial food dyes??? almost all of the pedialyte products have them. Trying to make our kids “better” with this but pump it full of chemicals and dyes.

This product is great but I took off two stars because the last two bottles I purchased, I couldn't even open. I don't know if it was a mistake in a small batch or what but the foil covering was so melted into the plastic that I couldn't remove it. I tried using a knife to make a slit to pull it off and it just shredded up and little flakes went into the liquid. I had to pour the whole bottle out to fish out the foil flakes. If this company if going to use foil covers maybe they should have a qualify check to make sure the foils are going to come off easily enough when the tabs are pulled. Any kind of foil inside the drink can be a choking hazard. Just make sure you don't have any foil falling into your drinks..

I cannot stress enough how much I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. I had been unable to keep down ANY amount of food, water, or even ice chips for 14 days. Not even the local ER I went to helped. No thanks to the ER, I discovered Pedialyte through a loved one. only then, on day 15 of torture, I was finally able to keep a fluid down. I will be using Pedialyte for my rehydration needs from now on.

I drink Pedialyte often, especially in the summer. I am a mail carrier for USPS with a 14 mile walking route and get dehydrated often so I stock up on Pedialyte. My only issue is that without the foil cutter top, it’s nearly impossible to open a bottle. I appreciate the protective seal and don’t mind paying for it but now it’s the last thing I want to reach for because I know I’m going to have a difficult time trying to open it. Please bring back the foil cutting lid!

My 3 year old brought some a stomach bug, so we gave this a try. While he definitely enjoyed the flavor of this, my 14 month old stole it from him. Everyone loved it. Great way to replenish electrolytes when ill.

The product is good, but they changed the easy-to-open foil seal, where you poke it with the pointy part of the lid, then twist... Now I simply cannot open it without stabbing into the thick white seal, with a knife! I'm only in my forties; I can't imagine an elderly person trying to open it... Please change it back! It's a deal-breaker.
