There is 9 grams of sugar per serving (3 servings per bottle) and 25 grams of sugar for the entire bottle. This is the only one I have found without dyes, which is pretty frustrating. So this one does the job but without the flavor my kid likes. It does have somewhat of a flavor so best to add to a drink other than water.

I needed unflavoured pedialyte as I don’t like the usual flavours it usually comes in so this one is a win. It’s also cheap, the only issue was that it did take me a while to find in store as I had to go to the baby section to obtain them instead of the usual section pedialyte would be

My picky son rejects the flavored ones when sick, I add it to iced water- about 1/4 to 3/4 water to dilute the taste. It does have a salty taste so dilution is best.

So grateful for this product. I have ibs/ibd and so many flavors/additives bother me. So happy to find an unflavored version with simple ingredients that don’t further upset my stomach. Tastes like salt water mixed with sugar water which is what it is lol but it’s palatable and really helps with dehydration. Hope they never stop making this! Just wish it came in a smaller, single serving size.

It’s definitely not unflavored. Tastes like saline solution. Being that it’s not supposed to be diluted, this is a challenge for young kids to get down. My one year old was willing to take it but 2.5 year old couldn’t handle the taste. However, if it can be taken, it does it’s job.

Tastes horrible- better off to go with a flavor unless you are using it for an animal. It does hydrate well, but is really disgusting. If I were sick and someone made me drink this I would just throw up even more.

My elderly bunnies refused to drink water for the last year of their life. All they would drink was this. This is great for bunnies who are in stasis. It can help them replenish lost fluid. I would say this saved my boy bunnies life on at least two occasions when he had bad stasis. It’s a lot more affordable than the unflavored Pedialyte. This saved me tons of money over the two years I was caring for them.
