The breath bites makes a huge difference for our 15.5 year old Cairn Terrier Java. We highly recommend adding them to your dogs daily routine. Java loves to get the treat with his breakfast and it has improved his old dog breath tremendously.

My (01/15/23) rescue dog Molly (a 6 year old, 17 pound - 90% Yorkie & variety of Terrier breeds & 10% Chihuahua mix is an avid backyard hunter. Since mid May, she's caught & killed 2 chipmunks, 2 robins, caught & released 7 toads, (the toads release a non deadly toxin that causes the prey animal to immediately release it but, my dog drops the frog, the frog plays dead, my dog picks it up again gets more toxins drops the fog, etc, etc, etc until I am able to get the dog away from the frog.) Molly foams at the mouth, coughs & gags, and is fine after I hose her mouth out) My son joked that her breath smelled like the rotting dead fish that washes up on the shores of Lake Erie. I researched breath freshers for dogs and settled on, then purchased the Pet Naturals Breath Fresheners. I immediately started giving Molly the breath freshener treats, 1 each day before her regular meals. She loves the little treats, within 5 days her breath was smelling fresh, no more icky nasty rotting dead fish odors emanating from her mouth. Just this morning (07/26) Molly captured another frog, released it, grabbed & released it several times before I could get to her. I rinsed Molly's mouth out with the garden hose (while the frog hopped away to safety on the other side of the fence), once Molly was dried off, her breath was smelling fresh, the toxins from the frog did not take away the freshness of her breath. I decided that no other breath freshener will do because the product works so well for Molly, my little terrorist terrier.

My little guy was a little hesitant at first but when he gave it a try he decides he loves them. He's a small dog and I've had bad experience with my small dogs having terrible breath. These have helped so much and I've tried almost everything at the pet stores to help with the breath. They are small enough for the tiniest of pup. I also love that the package reseals. Very good find and will definitely keep purchasing..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog loves the flavor of these treats. The texture when she chews them seems to be different than other treats she's had. It appears as though she continues to chew/lick for several seconds after the treat is fully gone, which she's never done with either crunchy or soft/chewy treats from any brands we've tried in the past. As far as the breath improvement, I honestly didn't notice any difference for my pup. She's never had really bad breath, just the typical dog breath until she started developing tartar buildup when she turned 5 years old. That's when her breath changed. Brushing her teeth has helped a bit with breath since it's combating the tartar. So unfortunately, I can't say if these treats would actually help with bad breath just on their own. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I had is that my Yorkie refused to use them until I cut them up smaller (which I think might defeat the purpose of removing tartar?). It's not an issue with the product just that he hates big stuff. Other than that little hiccup I honestly believe they helped get rid of the stinky fish breath that comes with him eating his kibble. I think that if your dog can handle the larger "bites" they should do well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright. I'm take pet products with a grain of salt because nothing really works for my dog. His breath is no exception. I brush his teeth, I give him dental chews, and I even tried the breath spray. NOTHING worked for my dog with severe halitosis. I had high hopes for these and I promise you, I was NOT disappointed. I follow the instructions and I give him 2 a day. It has helped SO much that I can now give him cuddles and loves and kisses without wanting to gag or push his face away. I figured, "he's old and I guess his breath is too." If your dog has smelly breath, I 100% recommend these chews. I'm enjoying the snuggles and happy panting smiles now without the bad breath smell.

I did notice that my dogs breath wasn't as smelly as before and it got better with continued use. I also noticed that his gas wasn't as constant. It's still there, mostly due to being a bulldog, but not as often! I will continue use because they totally make a difference and my dog loves them!

Once I got the package open, he immediately started going through his trick routine with the hope of getting a treat. He scarfed the treat down and came back looking for more. Since then, I've used these to reward him and to help freshen his breath. Cooper's got some stinky breath and I think these do a nice job of helping keep that away. I was giving him 2-3 at a time, not sure if I would have noticed a change with just 1 treat. I do think these could be more effective as a bigger treat because I'm pretty sure he chewed twice and then swallowed and I expect that the longer the treat is in his mouth, the more good it will do. Nonetheless, I do feel like they helped with his breath and he certainly thought he was getting a reward. We will definitely buy these in the future.

The packaging is nice and comes with a re-sealable top. The treats are about an inch long and bite sized. It has a very strong scent which the dog is attracted to. It freshens his breath and it's a huge plus because he loves to give kisses. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

The size of the little biscuit is quite small, but says a single biscuit is for a 50lb dog. I have a toy breed doggo. How is anyone supposed to give a small dog any of this? Completely useless to try to break off a little piece for my doggo. Biscuits are hard, so it just crumbles to dust if you try to break any off. Even if I could break it, how does anyone possibly measure what a 10th of this tiny biscuit looks like. Not to mention my doggo looks at me like what is this little tiny crumb you just gave me? Gave the product 2 stars cause my dog did seem to like the taste, but she will try just about anything, so. I cannot recommend to any dog owner of any breed smaller than maybe 25lb. Useless for smaller dogs. I also found numerous reviews questioning to efficacy.

When I opened the package it had a mint/cinnamon smell to it that I've never smelled before. They were small bone shaped soft chews. They reminded me of little greenies actually. He is 13lbs snd weren't too big for him but you can easily break in half. He ate 1 every day since trying them and loves it. I've noticed a little difference in his breath smell but it's still too early to be sure. I definitely recommend these.
