I have loved Perter Pan creamy for decades but I no longer do. I don't know what happened but this new formulation is terrible. Thin, oily, and bitter. A BPJ is out of the question as the oily pb smashes out making a mess and leaving bitter jelly behind. I am no longer faithful and I am VERY disappointed! Finding a new brand!

The last two jars I bought is nothing but runny peanut butter you've changed the formula you need to go back. I've been eating Peter Pan peanut butter for 50 years. I'm thinking I'm gonna have to find a new brand because this is not peanut butter. This is like soup please go back to your original formula

I have been eating Peter Pan creamy PB for over 40 years. The past several months I've noticed the quality declining. The texture is completely different, too oily, and it no longer tastes the same. At first I thought I got a bad jar so I returned it back to the store and got a new jar but it had the same problem. I tried to stay loyal but I can't do it anymore. For the first time in my life I purchased your competitor, Jif. It's much closer to what Peter Pan used to be. Please go back to the original taste and texture I've enjoyed for so many years. Thank you!

I purchased the regular Peter Pan creamy with an expiration date of Jan1226 and when I opened it up it looked more like all natural one. Had some oil on top but I stirred it up and it was still runny. I've never seen the regular creamy like this. What has happened to this product? I will go back to Jif.

I purchased 2 jars of the 28 oz. Creamy peanut butter. The UPC code is 45300 00050 and the Best Buy date is January 3, 2026. My husband is the peanut butter connoisseur and when he made his bedtime snack, he said something is wrong with this jar. The oil had separated and there were dry chunks of not smooth peanut butter. I tasted it -- it tasted like it always did, but I could not get the oil to mix back in. We have been buying Peter Pan Creamy and Crunchy for more than 50 years and were very disappointed. I thought it was just that jar, but when we opened the second jar, it was just the same. What happened? This is not good for business.

Being a lifelong Peter Pan consumer, over the last year the quality of this product has changed. I've had the thick jar which was tossed away, now I have a jar that is like runny. You can not even mix it up to a consistency that resembles Peter Pan PB. Very sad this has happened, might need to move on to another brand.

I have used Peter Pan creamy peanut butter for over 40 years. Recently, the consistency has changed. I have soupy peanut butter, peanut butter that had oil on the top and was not stirred and peanut butter that was too dry. Right now, I cannot recommend this product until these problems are corrected. Happy other reviews have brought this to company's attention.
The last two jars I purchased are liquid.

I bought a jar of jug creamy a couple months ago. It was littered with hard chewy chunks that varied in size from pea to strawberry. I tossed it because trying to eat it was disgusting. I'm a big texture person. I bought another jar the other day and was just having some and one whole side of the jar is hard and chewy. It's almost like they are cleaning the machines of all the old dry peanut butter and just going ahead and putting the washout in jars and selling it.

It separates out into layers because it's not plastic, it's real peanut butter. I suggest warming the jar a little and the oils will melt and stirring is easier. People, when you freeze water it's hard to drink. Use the first grade science class knowledge and warm your container first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free to try it was very delicious peanut butter I don't normally eat this brand of peanut butter it was really smooth and creamy. It paired very nicely with strawberry jelly. My daughter really liked it on her biscuits and toast. I would definitely recommend this peanut butter and would purchase it in the future. When I buy more peanut butter.

I dont usually buy this brand but thought I would try it. Had it as kid. I got it from my large chain grocery store, went home and opened it within a few days. Oil separated on top, and the peanut butter is so thick I cant even stir it or spread it. It should be smooth and creamy but it is lumpy and hard. I am afraid to eat it. It taste OK other being a bit dry. It is not going to be bought again unless PP wants to do something about it. For almost $6 I expected better. I love peanut butter but this wont be a brand I buy again unless PP wants me to try another jar for free.

As other reviewers noted I just opened a new jar of Creamy Peter Pan and the top was not smooth as normal. When I dug in I found it solid in the center. Thought was just a problem jar so opened a second one that I had with the same date of Dec 2425. Same thing. Doesn't smell bad but really turned me off.. may have to switch from my lifetime live of Peter Pan. Very disappointed. Too expensive to waste that kind of money.

By far my families favorite choice. Recently had a mislabelling issue (labeled creamy but was actually chunky, 2 from same batch) but we understand mixups happen and us parents just ate the chunky and repurchased creaming from a different location for the Littles. Definitely the best peanut butter out there, won't get any other.

I ate Peter Pan as a child, and have insisted that we use Peter Pan since my marriage. My 38 yr old daughter just opened a large jar today and encountered a sheen of oil on the top and a dry, almost cooked layer under it. This is NOT the creamy peanut butter of my youth, nor her youth! Please do what you can to fix this problem as the other people here are threatening to buy another brand.
