How to use:
(1) Start by cleansing with an oil-free cleanser. Make sure skin is completely dry. Do not use cream around the eye area. (2) Shake the tube. Apply a pea-sized amount to the top of the hand. (3) Using a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product. (4) Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel underneath the eyes for puffiness, onto the crow's feet area, onto the "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid). (5) Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless—do not squint or smile. (6) If you notice any white residue, simply moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges. (7) Once product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on foundation and/or apply powder. For external use only

A: I read on another sight where you could mix it with your moisturizer. Interesting, now I'm confused a whole lot.
submitted byConnie - 5 months agoA: It says that you can wear makeup over this, however, if any moisture touches it than it relaxes and you lose the effect. Maybe just powder on top would be ok, but definitely not a cream or liquid

I recently purchased the eye tightening cream. With just the ti tiniest amount, I can feel it tightening my skin. However, it leaves a white cakey residue which I have to remove. Therefore, it doesn’t do as it promises

I've been using this for years and the last 2 tubes I have purchased have not worked as well and have left a coating under my eyes. I thought maybe the one i purchased could have been old or maybe I didn't have the lid on tightly enough. I bought another tube at a different retailer and had the same problem. I tried to use it a few times with no success so I ended up returning it. It's been a staple for me but it doesn't seem to work as well now. Wondering if they reformulated.

Several issues: product is great if you don't have to use moisturizer or under eye concealer for dark circles. It's not possible to use this product and others. Product alone does tighten but I am left with dark circles that make me look tired and old.

It does work, but it is so hard to get a super thin layer. If it is too thick you get a white residue that is NOT pretty. Their instructions to tap with a damp finger doesn’t work either

Cream removes bags but leaves a noticeable flaky film on face once dried...very uncomfortable and noticeable..it isn't good for skin of color...just for White skinned individuals...if moisturizer is applied then the bags return

-Do a test patch to be sure you're not allergic to the ingredients!! Thankfully, I'm not. -Shake before each use. -Use a very small amount. -Dab under your eyes with your finger as you would concealer. -DO NOT move your face while it's drying (about 5 minutes). -Only use powder over it if necessary, as ANY liquid will deactivate it. -If you use too much, there will be a noticeable white residue. My skin is pale, so I haven't noticed it otherwise. -If you use too much, you can remove it with a wet cotton swab. -Keep the container clean! -It lasts all day as long as it doesn't get wet. If it does get wet, you can reapply. It takes some trial and error, but worth it!

Product does not shake well inside bottle. Does not mix well even if you shaken it for a minute. Once applied, I get white streaks, and dryness from it. The effect of the product does kinda work, I did see a difference around my fine lines.

This product does about a 5% tighten for about 4-5 hours. Can not add makeup over and powder makes it look very bad I added very little or moderate to test it out with and without makeup on a clean face as well . If you're a person who wants a temporary slight fix with no makeup then get it

I bought this for my mom who is 68 and has undereye bags and wrinkles. I also tried it on my very hooded eyes. It wasn't effective for my hoods, and left a white residue. It was VERY effective for my mom's bags, but left a white residue. We did research on the best way to apply it, watched tutorials, and tried several different methods. We tried applying with our fingers, applying with a brush, applying with a wet brush, swiping it across the skin, patting it into the skin, using a little more than directed, using as little as possible, using different moisturizers underneath, using no moisturizer underneath... nothing worked. There was always white residue, even if it took 5 to 10 minutes to become apparent. Super disappointed as I've waited years for this to go on sale so I could get it for my mama. She was amazed at how well it worked and loved it, then was not down once the white flaky crap appeared. I hope the company looks at reviews online, sees the pattern, and makes an attempt to adjust the formula. :(
