We have a little menace who will shovel as much food in her mouth as she can fit, and she will finish her food in half the time it takes the other animals. This bowl slowed her feeding time down significantly as she actually had to work for her food. It does flip over easily when she got excited, but we will find a way to fix that.

My cat has been having issues eating too fast, and now, with this, he actually has to take his time to get the food out. It's also pretty easy to clean.

Small enough it's easy to store when not in use. Our cats both used it and it definitely slowed down their meal time food consumption!

I would say the design needs to be a bit larger. It was really hard for either of my cats to get the food out that they both gave up and they love their food!

My kitten is a little too crazy about food.. got this bowl to help slow down his eating and make him breathe between bites. Before, he would finish his bowl in just a few minutes, but now it takes him about 20-30 minutes. He got angry at this bowl the first few times we tried it. He still tries to flip it over/paw at it when he’s eating. Not much grip on the bottom of the bowl, so he moves it around the room as he eats. He isn’t able to get all of the food at the middle of the bowl, but maybe he will as he grows (he’s only about 5lbs currently). This is the most affordable slow feeding cat bowl I could find.

The rivets were too small for my small sized cat to get her paw or face into, so she pushes it around until kibble pieces fly out. So it technically slows her down because it takes about 30 minutes for her to get 1/4 cup of dry food out, but I feel like a big cat would have a hard time eating out of it (unless they use their tongue, which my cat doesn't). Quality is otherwise fine.
