Philips Avent 2pk Anti-Colic Baby Bottle Nipple - Medium Flow

Flow 3 nipple leaks when you tilt it to the side (when the bottle is full) or tip it upside down. It does it on its own without squeezing it. Our baby frequently chocked on milk since it kept dripping right into her mouth without her sucking.

These bottles and nipples are okay. I’ve had issues with them leaking out of the ring and between the nipple in several bottles. My baby doesn’t fight the nipple which is the only reason I am not switching brands right now. Wish I had replaced them earlier though due to the leaking.

They are good quality like their other sizes, however, this says 3+m but it was way to much for my 10 month old. We were both soaked after his feed! Just proceed with caution lol (I bought these because size 2 were OOS, I figured these wouldn't be that bad)

I’ve used these anti colic nipples from the very beginning with my son. They’ve held up really well and I haven’t had any issues with them leaking. The pice is really great! My only complaint is that it can be hard to clean all of the little crevices.

Seems to be the perfect size nipple for any baby. Super easy to clean and I absolutely have no complaints. I recommend these bottles and nipples to all my new mom friends!

I think they would work great for slightly older babies closer to 9 months. I can’t wait to give them another try when my daughter is a little older. Overall these nipples are good, and wash easily. We’re on our 2nd baby and after trying a ton of bottles with our 1st, we knew Philips was our go to. No leaks, both babes loved the nipples (either shape they have) and they are sturdy bottles for every day use. We wash ours on the top rack of the dishwasher and have never had an issue. I would recommend these and all of the Philips bottles to any mom (or dad) out there!

Unfortunately, my baby was not very fond of these bottles/nipples, just due to the fact that they were a bit big for her mouth, which is small due to growth issues. This is not the first bottle we’ve had this issue with, and in no way do I hold it against the product. So, I am not able to speak on how well the bottle worked for my baby, but I can speak on how it looks and things I found that my first child would have benefitted from. The nipple that comes with the bottle is a size two, which for my first baby would have meant that I’d have to buy separate nipples starting out, since he was breastfed and used a level one flow for a while. The good news is, they have plenty of options on nipple flow. Starting with a level one nipple, which is the slowest flow they have, and going to a level four at the fastest. This level 3 is a good in between and is marketed for babies 3 months and up. With my first child, he wouldn’t have used this flow until he was probably closer to 8 months old, since he was a breastfed baby and preferred the slower flow for a while. So these options would have given him plenty of time and use with these bottles. All of the nipples for this bottle are the same size, which is an issue for my LO due to her small mouth. But, they are very flexible and very much comparable to a breast, which would make going back and forth between breast and bottle feeding much easier and not cause as much nipple confusion. I do think this nipple and bottle combo would help with reducing colic in a baby, just because of the way it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was able to try Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle Nipple in size 3 through Stellar Product Testing Panel. I'm currently in love with the size 3 nipple. It flows pretty fast without a lot of pressure. The nipple is a bit firm compared to the other sizes but my son's gums are firmer and he's got a tooth coming in. That means he's not destroying his nipples while feeding which is additional plus since it's also preventing gas and reflux. With the flow his angle has changed so he doesn't choke but the nipple and bottle are still doing what they're supposed to. I love the size 3 but the other sizes are great to have as well. Great investment when your breast need a rest or you're sharing this experience with your spouse. Keep baby's belly safe and happy!

We haven’t needed the 3 yet but the 1 and 2 have been so great I don’t see why the 3 would be any different. Our baby loves these bottles and the ease of flow with these nipples. My breastfed baby easily accepted these nipples making for an easier feeding. My little one is 6 months old and flow 3 was a little too much for her. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle Flow 3 Nipples from Stellar Product Testing panel for our honest review. I have a 4.5 month old daughter who is breastfed and also receives bottles. We got these nipples in addition to level 1&2 and she still prefers the level 1 at the moment however these will be great for future use. The level 3 relates to how many openings there are for milk to flow (which is 3), and for us at the moment it was a little too much but we will hang on to use soon! The nipple shape is soft but firm and easy to wash and sterilize. The 3 small openings are also nice and small so it allows a nice flow that’s not too overwhelming.
