Much better shaving than expected. My baggage was found in three days but I have continued to use this shaver as I like it better than the more expensive phili saver I have. I had a deflective shaver which with some difficulty was replaced (as it had stopped charging).

Had this razor over two years. Worked OK until I had to order replacement blades. Never worked well after that. Plus, the retainer that holds blades on head broke, and was extremely expensive. It would have been better just to throw away and buy a new shaver. I can only wonder if the new ones would fare any better.

Main shaving head is pretty good. Doesn't do well if any hairs are down and a bit too long. Really need to shave daily for best results with this. I didn't expect miracles from the lower end of their product lineup. That being said, the pop up clipper is borderline useless. It won't even make a decent cut on sideburns and struggles to cut any missed hairs from the main shaver. Do yourself a favor and get a Phillips OneBlade for those details. Lightyears better.

I had a similar model which I bought over 10 years ago. This model has a very good grip, gives a close shave. Only thing I didn't notice was that you need to provide your own USB brick for charging, unless you have a USB connection in your shaving area. The charge holds for many days. I have gone about 2 weeks, shaving daily without having to recharge. Some men complain about the shaver pulling hair, especially in the neck, but I have not had that issue if I shave the neck area at least every other day. Long hairs will get pulled, but shaving daily is not an issue. I can only hope this one will last another 10 plus years.
