Q: Functionally, what's the difference between the G2 and G3 brusheads?
A: Actually, the G3 is much more stiff/hard than the G2. Like many other customers, I blew my money on the G3 because it is marketed as "soft".

Q: If this is for receding gums etc. why would the brush head be MEDIUM bristled? I would think that a SOFT and even a "SENSITIVE SOFT" bristle would be more appropriate.

Q: Why don't they CLEARLY state whether it's hard, medium or soft bristles? I bet even Sonicare workers don't even understand the difference between all of their options. This should be easy. It's not.
