They love to use the idea booklet as well as come up with their own build designs. They have played with it every day since we got it and it keeps them busy! So far it has been very durable and we have other versions of Picasso Tiles that we have had for years and have held up incredibly well.

They are able to design the track all different kinds of ways, which keeps it fun and exciting. The fact that they are magnetized is really convenient because it keeps the pieces attached together, so it doesn’t cause frustration by coming apart too easily while playing. Overall, we love the magnet tiles and this build set!

It comes with 30 pieces, which is enough for 1-2 children; maybe for more children if they know how to share or play in teams. The little cars are very cute, but I can't figure out how they exactly work. They have an on/off switch, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. They are cute, though, and make the set complete. What I really like is that the set is complete, and the picture we see on the box is achievable with the 30 pieces it comes with. I have bought other sets, and their pictures on their boxes show things that I can't build with the magnetiles they come with.

I wanted something that would engage and challenge them, without any sounds/ external stimulus. The tiles in the set are big, bright and colorful. My toddlers were immediately drawn to the colors and wanted to play with the magnets as soon as we opened the box. The pieces were relatively easy for them to put together, except for the bridge that required a little help. I love the fact that the set came with 2 race cars. This allowed both kids to play together or play independently. Though I love the set, I wish the idea book came with set specific ideas and instructions. For toddlers and younger kids, the instructions would be a great aid in helping them to use their imagination and improve their fine motor skills. Overall though, it is still a great magnetic set and I would definitely recommend it.

My son likes it but I have to help build and clean up. He uses it for a bit but gets bored and moves on fast. They could be a little stronger too, it’s devastating when it comes apart so easily for my son.

In our case, we already had a set that we were able to add to and make even bigger. My son is able to put the tracks together and make some pretty incredibly raceways. He loves trying to get the cars to crash into each other. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the materials are a bit on the cheaper side. Some of the plastic pieces that keep the bridges attached have broken. Also, I worry about the longevity of the cars and their motors. But for now, these are a must have in my book!
