For my 5-year-old, building a standard marble run is pretty basic. He has fun building taller structures and then enjoying the fruits of his labor by racing the marbles down the ramps. Kids love being able to build their own personalized marble run. All the pieces connect with magnets, which are securely fastened to the pieces. Everything packs into a small travel-sized package and is fairly easy to store.

They have so many variations of how they can be put together and used. I love how small the tiles are. I am considering purchasing more of this size. They are so cute! My 4 year old loves this set. In comparison with a traditional marble run, this is more hands on and requires a lot of thinking and problem solving. This set is more focused on building a sturdy structure/base in comparison than making a marble run. I know the box says ages 3+ but I honestly feel like this set should be 5+. The magnets are a little bit finicky for smaller hands, so parental assistant is a must with younger children. The tiles are absolutely gorgeous with the little diamond patterns. I'm excited to buy another set of these so my child and I can make a larger marble run.

It comes with very easy to you instructions that my child was able to read and start to play right away. The design structure is so cool and you can build many different objects with the magnetic shapes that come with the box. It’s very durable and easy to travel with as well. It is easy to travel with because every piece serves a double purpose. The clear pieces function as tubes for the marbles or as bases. The square pieces hold it all together in whatever shape or height you desire. It is colorful and cute and holds my child’s attention wonderfully, plus it is so easy to pair it with other sets to make it even bigger. I like that it comes with an “idea booklet” to get kids started, but it is so easy to create anything your child imagines. This would make an excellent gift for a child of any age.

Great way to create imaginative play and S.T.E.A.M. activity. Plenty of pieces to create variations and an idea booklet is included. The pieces are smaller than the original size. This might be more challenging for smaller children as it takes more patience to put together. Highly recommend! Love that the pieces are small enough to travel and put together!

I think that the pieces are very big for a child size and easy to work with. The colors are very eye catching. It does allow creativity on building structures but with the lack of pieces it's kind of a fast toy to play with. It's easy to snap into place for the snapable pieces but the holes needed for the pipes should be on all the tiles and not just some. Since this is a small model it's more better for younger children.

They are very well made and will last a long time I believe. Definitely safe for the kids to build different marble runs and really teaches them how to build things and see how it works out. They can trouble shoot and learn each time they build with them. The colors are bright and pretty so you can make your marble run unique.

The kids get to use their imagination and play with a toy that doesn’t involve screen time. There are countless ways to build it and you can easily buy additional sets to make an even more complex setup. This is a great item to have in the house.

It’s a mini size, so not very big. The tiles are smaller as well. It’s a little difficult for my 5, almost 6, year old to piece together some of the track so I’d recommend this for older ages or at least some assistance for the younger kiddos.

Our oldest son spent a good hour trying different ways to do the marble run and already asked for more magnetic tiles to add to this set for his birthday. Definitely recommend! Hours of fun!! And it is great for problem solving and STEAM for kiddos! So that’s a plus!
