A: You can go to the pharmacy counter and ask for a consult with the pharmacist to get advice on timing questions like this. Free anonymous advice about any over the counter drugs they sell from someone who has years of training. (Much more reliable than answers from random people on the internet.)

Q: what is the general expiration once put on shelves? how long will it be good for if i buy to have it on hand?

A: General rule of thumb is for pharmacy technicians to pull any medication from shelves that is going to expire the same month but the following year (so items are pulled as "expired" if their expiration date is 12 or less months away). So it will be good for at least one year, possibly several depending on the medication. I don't know the maximum in-date length for Plan B after it's manufactured though.

A: It is not guaranteed to work but has a better chance at working if taken immediately. If you miss a period after taking it, you still need to take a pregnancy test.

It works IF USED CAREFULLY. MAY NOT WORK during ovulation(common sense) so all the pregnant people commenting either didn’t use it right or took the pill TOO late. To each their own body but ladies rather to be safe than sorry. I will say this though, anytime you are active YOU ARE at risk of pregnancy, so be wise! Now you may say “why just us it takes two” bc should be in CONTROL of our own bodies. So next time you don’t want to use protection….keep this in your mind & ask yourself if you’d like 10 min of pleasure or $50 out of your pocket…YOUR CHOICE.

Took this about 5 or 6 months ago. Not pregnant. But my periods are still adjusting. The first month after taking my period changed from 5 to 10 days minimum and the flow was much much heavier. Cramps were also a lot worse. My flow has improved since then but the cramps are still bad.

I took it within 4 hours and it worked like a charm. I’m on the petite size 110 lbs. My period came 5 days sooner and a little heavier than normal. Overall great product. Make sure you check the label before purchasing to see which one is best for you based on weight. Be aware of your menstrual cycle dates when you’re more prone to becoming pregnant!

Im 247 pounds, I only buy one of these or usually it’s the take action. It could be pure luck each time or these pills really work for my body because so many times I should’ve definitely gotten pregnant.. Advice take it immediately after if possible or within 24hrs don’t wait later than that and you should be good.
