Just a little short. They are being used in a common, 13 gallon kitchen trash can. If the can is full, just even with the top, there is not enough of the bag to easily make a knot. I had to buy twist ties to make the job go faster. If the bags were 10 percent taller and cost 10 percent more, obviating the twist ties, the total cost would be less and that's even before the time savings.

for the cost for my trash they are an excellent buy. Not good for heavy duty the one i have are just good for light trash.

I'm happy with the fit in my 40 liter rectangular trash can but have had some of the bags rip when removing from the can. This is not what I expected with "high density".

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback - it means a lot to us. I am sorry for your frustration as I'm sure this experience must have been very aggravating. Unfortunately, the bags you ordered were High-Density bags. Although High Density sounds like it is super strong and thick - it is not. High Density bags are thin and can not handle anything sharp which is why they are recommended for use in offices and bathrooms where soft trash such as paper and tissues are being disposed. These bags are not puncture resistant which means that as soon as they come close to something sharp, not only will they get a hole but they will tear all the way through. If you were looking for a bag that is thicker and more puncture resistant, you are probably going to need a Low Density bag. As always, we strive to reach 100% customer satisfaction which is why we really hope you can reach out to our Customer Service department so that they can guide you to exchange the bags you currently have for the bags you are looking for.

I can understand your frustration. This is a common mistake made by many. In fact, it's the High Density that are the thinner of the bags, and the Low Density are the thicker of the bags.
