The low-density plastic is of the highest quality, offering superior puncture resistance. These bags are ideal for large-scale outdoor cleanups, and for large commercial garbage cans in warehouses or kitchens. The clarity of the plastic means it's easy to see what you're storing, donating, or giving away. Proudly made in the USA, and sealed with an expanding, reinforced gusset seam.

I just opened the package and the quality is poor. They rip when you try to open them. I would like to return them for a better quality.

Thank you for taking the time to review with us! I can completely understand the frustration when a bag doesn't fit like you hoped it would. We actually carry an extra tall bag to accommodate the Toter model can that you have. It can certainly be difficult to get a bag that size to stay secure and though they do not come with plastic ties, we do offer rubber bands for purchase on our site to help secure the bags. I'm going to have a customer care representative reach out get some more information from you, and see if we can get you set up with the right bag for your needs.
