[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loves Play-Doh so when we got the chance to get this set, it was so exciting for her. I love this because it’s very STEM type of set and learning. And it was so fun to go through and show her how you would use a microscope. I am very impressed with this Play-Doh set, especially as kids get older and they’re starting to learn the sciences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, my child has had fun playing with this toy. However, it could really be improved upon. The green tube of the “microscope” is able to be pushed and pulled up and down to “zoom” in on what is on the tray. There is no actual magnification, it’s all just pieces of clear plastic. There is one button that turns a light on with one press, a second press makes the light flicker on and off, and a third press turns it off. The option to have the light flicker on and off is just annoying to my child and myself and would rather not have the option. I wish there was some degree of actual magnification on the microscope. The molds for the germs are quite cute. Overall enjoyable but could have definitely used some upgrades.

I would definitely recommend this for the younger kiddos who love to explore. Easy to use and transport. We love playdoh and all the cool things they have to offer. Would definitely recommend this to others, the pieces were large enough to not have to worry about a child choking in them of they put them in their mouth.

There’s several molds for making different plants and bugs. There’s no super small pieces and it’s relatively sturdy so it seems safe for a wide range of ages to play with.

The jars are easy to open, the dough does not stick to your hands and does not dry out for a long time. The child is delighted - he sculpts, mixes colors and comes up with new figures! An ideal option for developing imagination and motor skills.

The light up feature is so cool! It takes 3 AAA batteries, that are not included. I didn’t find any of the pieces to be a choking hazard. The plastics all seem to be study material.

It came with five different color of doughs and fun stamps and microscope which might be educational to kids. The parts are also safe for kids and easy to carry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playdough kit is so cool not only did my daughter get to make molds of plants and butterfly's and bugs with different playdougg colors but then the bottom part that u put what u made on lights up so when u look at it through the microscope u can actually see it up close like a real science set we liked making all the little plants and bugs in the clear molds and putting the smaller molds that are on the side of the microscope in the clear container and looking at what we made up super close what a cute toy

It was super easy to set up and this seems like the perfect toy for a parent and child to collab on! I like the diversity if colors and I like that there are different shape stencils (including the ones on the side of the microscope. This is a great way to get kids interested in science. I took away one star because the microscope part wasn’t the most interesting. It was more fun creating the shapes but the viewing is not as fascinating in the microscope. Overall I enjoyed it though.

But honestly, the highlight for my three-year-old was using the microscope as a press. Just a heads-up: it needs 3 AAA batteries.

I love the fact that this set is introducing a curiosity of nature and science at an early age. The microscope and tools are all very well made and handle rough play from my toddler with ease. This is a great tactical activity for my child to play and make sculptures with the play-doh. I like this set so much I bought the matching set for my nephew. Wonderful play set and will definitely be buying more!

My 4yo and my 8yo are equally playing for hours with this!! Is super safe to play with, and i know i can buy more play doh, and they will keep playing forever with this toy. The package is super simple and easy to open, and the price is very reasonable
