PLAYMOBIL Volkswagen Beetle, Includes Figures and Accessories, 52 Pieces, Ages 5 and Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I decided to put this together while we were getting to spend time together, and this was the perfect toy to bond over! We love VW Beetles in our house and this blue color is so cute and beachy. It wasn't hard at all to put together and I loved how me and my daughter worked together to create this beauty. It sits on our mantle along side our beach photos and is way too cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my girls under 5YO love cars and I have been meaning to get them a Beetle to put their figurines in. The color is super cool and they love playing with it. I would recommend buying this for kids of any kind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my four year old for his birthday and he’s thrilled! It took him just a little while to put together, with some minor help from his older siblings, and he said one part was “so hard”, but he did it anyways. He’s had a lot of fun with it, and the extra pieces make it that much more enjoyable. It seems durable too, and hopefully we can keep it around a long time. We’re happy to have it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the beetle is a fun color and nostalgic, the assembly is mostly stickers and very small add ons. Surprisingly the wheels were a bit challenging to attach. Overall not a very engaging toy and after done is just a display.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Playmobil Volkswagen Beetle was very easy to construct. The accessories fit the roof rack perfectly. The set even comes with little drink bottles that fit right into the cute little cooler. There is also a beach blanket that can be stored in the suitcase. As there is no glue involved, this is a great toy that can be played with over and over. The family of 3 that come with it fit right inside the car. Overall, this is a quality product that can be enjoyed many times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very nice toy and my kids absolutely loved it! It is now the toy that they actually fight over LOL. It was so easy to put together, all the pieces were there and the kids and I tackled it together to put it together. I think that a lot of thought that gone into even the accessories that accompanied the toy, right down to a surfboard. Inside was even a wonderful pamphlet that was fun for me about the history of the Beetle. The authenticity of the vehicle was very good. Playmobil has always been a company that you know that you can count on for quality in their products.

I must mention that she had some frustration putting the wheels on the car and needed adult assistance for that. Once assembled, she enjoyed playing with this set enormously—packing the family and their luggage into the car, driving them to the beach, having them surf and drink from the bottles in the ice chest. One thing that surprised me is that the car doors do not open, and you have to put the family in and out the top of the car, but my daughter doesn’t mind. This set is easily integrated with other Playmobil sets and similar toys to expand the story and set up hours of imaginative play. We are delighted with this item and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Volkswagen Beetle is highly detailed and realistic looking! It feels very sturdy and well made. It was fun to assemble and my 6 year old was able to help me. I love that the wheels are made of rubber! The accessories are cute and most of the small ones can be stored in the suitcase which then go into the roof rack. Great toy!

The top comes off to put the family inside but it is really too loose, the bands that hold luggae on top also too loose to matter. I see this product and iconic vw being a great shelf item for an adult who loves beetles.

She added the stinkers and then we had fun playing with it , She like that it came with a little family already and that you could open the doors and trunk , She played with it the entire evening pretending they was going to the beach, Great toy
