Can't say if it does everything advertised but it makes me drink my water after workout so at least helps with hydration. I recommend

Probably the most brilliant disign for a creatine bottle, no digging through the powder for the scoop cause of the hook that holds it and a small anti water packet

I mixed mine with water, and there always seemed to be a little extra at the bottom no matter how well I stirred it, which gave it a little extra texture in that last sip. I don’t work out, but I was using it for physical therapy and energy boosting. But I personally didn’t see much of a difference, someone who actively works out may though. I’m not too familiar with this type of product and it was my first time trying. I did however, really enjoy the fact there is a scoop holder on the inside of the container that makes it so you can’t lose the scoop! That was pure genius.

I noticed that I am less sore after exercising and seem to rehydrate hydrate a little quicker. I like that it's unflavored. I can add it to my electrolyte drinks, or my water, smoothies, etc. Also, I like that the packaging has a hook inside the co trainer so that the scoop doesn't get lost. I'd recommend this to anyone who is physically active looking for a muscle recovery product.
