It is sweetened with stevia leaf extract and doesn’t taste overly sweet. It would be easier to use if the scoop had a pour spout. It can be a little messy adding to a standard bottle of water.

This is soooooo sweet. I ran put of my usual electrolytes and bought this in a pinch. The carbs were low which is something I look at and the sodium and mag higher than most others. It would have been awesome if it wasn't so sweet! Even diluted into a 32oz bottle of water it was beyond like drinking flavored sugar water.

Just opened this item. Still deciding if I like it. I will update later if I am able. Mixed with 8oz of water. Very very sweet! Needs to be watered down. I’ll drink as is for now for results. Packaging is cute. Didn’t care that the item was half full of powder. Seems like a waste of packing.

Hello i wanted to write an honest review as i have seen a lot of paid promotion here!!! I have a problem where i don’t drink a lot of water as i need to and recently me going to the gym i felt dehydrated and a little dizzy I have spent money trying different products until i tried this podium and it helps a lot i take it with my protein 30 min before workout and it’s awesome bad part that they only offer it with 25 servings!!

I used the recommended amount, but it was too sugary for me, so I liked that I had the ability to water it down by adding more water. I felt it was very hydrating and I could slightly taste the electrolytes so that tells me it will help refresh those! The scoop is pretty small and you get a lot of flavor from just one scoop so the tin will definitely last awhile! I would recommend this is you like products like Gatorade and Powerade!
