submitted byLondon - 6 months agoA: No. Usually pokemon card products come inside of a booster pack unsleeved. Some products have promotional cards that come sandwiched between pieces of plastic. Occasionally, there are promotional cards that come inside of a plastic wrapper. Alas, even those are not pre sleeved.

No luck at all with surging sparks. With close to 100 packs opened not even close to completing the master set. Missing all the top chase cards and no sight of Pikachu. How sad! Will try to get a few more packs to see if the reprints change my fortune. Good luck Pokemon hunting!
