I have had my soundbar for about 3-4 yrs now. I have been mostly very happy with it. Well happy till now. One day the sound bar just decided it didn't want to work any more. The only fix o have found for it, is to press the rest button on the back and then the sound bar will work for about a day and I'll have to reset it again.

This is a capable sound bar. I certainly got what I paid for and I am saying this in a positive way. It was easy to set up via the optical input; very little thought required in this regard. Generally, if you have a satellite such as Dish, you can jack in directly to the output on the box. If, however, you use a streamer such as a Roku device along with your satellite, you will need to use the output on the TV itself. Either way, it is quick. As for the sound, it is pretty darn good- far better than what the TV itself will ever be able to provide. The dialog will be bright and clear. The bass will be richer and apparent VS just using the TV speakers. Pairing the sub was instant and effortless. So, this is a great sound bar system for casual listening- you should be pleased at this price.

Many people complain about the Auto off function but I find it to be the most useful features on a sound bar. I fall asleep a lot and I appreciate the sound bar turning off on its own and I also gave my signa 2 to my 92-year-old father who can’t work for remotes and we don’t have to worry about turning off the sound bar whereas with their previous one that would be on 24 seven. He’s also deaf and the voice controls help immensely on this unit. This is just what we need thank you

I've been a Polk fan for years. Still using 26 year old towers and powered sub on my two-channel system. I'm probably not using this sound bar as conventionally as others. I'm using it as the sound system for my desktop computer in my office. It fits perfectly under the monitor shelf on my desk. The sub is tucked neatly under the desk. I have a Schiit Modi/Magni DAC and headphone stack that completes my system. The DAC stack is connected to my desktop soundcard via USB, and then from the DAC to the soundbar using the RCA connections. The DAC adds a huge difference. I can stream music using Tidal/SiriusXM/Amazon Music and it sounds fantastic. Deep bass and the DAC makes the soundbar sing. When streaming radio talk shows it is great for the voice presentation. Perfect setup for me. I just wanted to add that you don't have to use it specifically for your home theatre setup - you can also use it for two-channel audio/office use.

I really like the Signa S3. Super easy set up and the sound is very good. Two minor issues: the remote is junky but functional and the unit going into the sleep mode after short periods of inactivity is frustrating and I wish it could be disabled.

I purchased this sound bar and sub because of the reviews I have read for quality at a reasonable cost. I have it hooked up to a 65inch TCL 5 series tv and also a Sony blu ray. I am really pleased with everything. The Signa S3 was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Very happy I bought Polk Audio !!!

Easy to setup and works great. One question, I am moving the location of the TV and will not have room to place the wireless subwoofer next to the TV. Is location of the subwoofer important? Can it be placed on the other side of the room, about 9 feet away.

I bought this refurbished model at a significant cost savings over a new unit (whose reviews were very good). I'm happy with the quality of the finish and build of the speaker, and the sound that it produces; more than loud enough to replace my weak LG SJ8 soundbar for my 65" LG TV. I really appreciate the sound settings and voice enhancement levels too. The only annoying experience I have is the volume control increments (a loud knocking sound with each step up or down) is too loud and unnecessary; this feature needs an update to mute the sound. The only thing that surprised me was the horrible shape of the shipping box that the bar came it. It looked like it had been through a war and kicked around the street. I had no idea what the electronics were like inside, but the soundbar is working great, with no nicks, dents, scratches, or sound issues.

Works great out of the box. Love the ability to cast to it. Just a heads up, it has Chromecast enabled, but not Google assistant. That means you can't say "hey Google" to activate. You need another Google home device to do that.

I have this device for about 6 month and i am very happy with sound quality. I have tried Denon, Yamaha and Samsung soundbars in this price range and Polk Audio is far the best from them. People are complaining about auto shutdown function - just read the manual, the is simple tutorial how to disable this.

Just like JKal my Signa S3 turns off automatically. I am streaming music from bluetooth which is my primary purpose and I get a call. I chat with my friend for 10 minutes. After hanging up, I have to walk back to the speaker and turn it on. I see a support person recommended alternative ways of hooking it up, shouldn't have to do this. I just want to use it as a bluetooth speaker. This is literally the worst device I have ever owned because it is nothing but frustrating.
