They’re cute and portable. My 3 year old likes them but he still struggles to keep his head up. We prefer the vest kind honestly. My son does love using these as play shields so they aren’t going to waste!

Super cute pool floats for kids learning to swim. I like that they are bright orange so they will stand out in a pool. Comes in a box and these need to be blown up. They look like they will work like intended.

We were looking for something inflatable for travel purposes. We love to cruise, but hate borrowing used or packing bulky life jackets. Our daughter is almost 9 and can swim but in the ocean and cruise pools she likes to have something to help make it a bit easier to stay above water, but can slip off quickly if she wants to dive for toys or snorkel for fish etc. Positives: These arm floats checked all the boxes we were looking for and have been durable throughout multiple uses, deflate and inflate quickly and easily with minimal effort. Negatives: not the same as a life jacket so adult super vision should always be fully engaged. These float to help stay above water but clearly you can have your head below water so don’t use for someone who doesn’t swim well on their own. Definitely recommend for those looking for an easy packable travel solution. Would even be a good tool for supervised swim lessons.

Thank you for posting your opinions on our excellent 50501 Learn-To-Swim Arm Floats! As you mentioned, these are not life saving products. For that you must look for US Coast Guard approved vests. We do agree thought that these are the very best L-T-S Arm Floats in the market!

The floaties work as well as any we have tried. They are easy to put on, and so far don't slip off easily. They are nice a bright, so you can easily see your child. Overall, these are exactly what we were looking for.

Difficult to fit arm through armholes.

The quality of the floats are excellent. They are a nice thick tear free material. Not like the cheap floats you find at the bargain market. The problem is when fully inflated or partially inflated my toddlers arm can fit through. I don’t want to deflate too much because I fear it’s not going to provide the maximum safety. My kid didn’t really care for it but I figure I’ll save them if there is ever a dire need for an extra pair.

Hi, Your best bet is to keep the arm float totally deflated, slip it onto the child's arm and then blow it up! This way it is easy to slip on and you can inflate to the exact place you and your child feels is comfortable and secure! Regards, Poolmaster, Inc.

These are incredibly difficult to inflate by mouth. There’s a technique where you have to bite the valve and blow at the same time. It does reassure me that I’d the cap were to come off, it wouldn’t completely deflate immediately. My 7 year old said it was hard to take on and off. Great to use when traveling since they are small when deflated but I wouldn’t use this for everyday swimming at home.

The inflatables do have a safety valves as you pointed out. If you squeeze the valve, the little flap inside will open which will allow air to enter in for inflation. Give it a try and call us for help if there is any problem! 800-854-1492 Monday-FRiday 8:00-4:00 PST

I really liked the arm floats they are easy to inflate and disinflate. I used these on my five year old and they slid up his arm easily. I found that my 10 year old had a lot of trouble sliding this past her wrist when she was already wet from the pool. I suggest putting these on before they get wet. In all these floats are easy to use and they feel really strong.

Hi, Agreed! Definitely, inflate at first on a dry arm. If the children get out of the pool it may be easiest to deflate to remove from the arms. It takes such little effort to inflate and deflate we think this may be helpful advise!

My little loves these pool floaties. They don't slip off. They don't leave indentation in the arms like other floaties. Perfect for those learning to swim. Definitely will buy another set as a backup.

These are very cute, and they're very snug so they don't slip off easily. They are almost so snug that I couldn't get them on the skinny arms of my child, but once on they seemed comfortable and effective for what they are. They were initially very hard to blow up, but I couldn't figure out why and when I was just about to give up, for some reason, it was very easy, so I don't know what I was doing wrong. They do slowly leak over time, as we left them inflated after we used them, but they lose air slowly

Poolmaster Learn-to-Swim Arm Floats - Orange

I purchased these swim floats for my 2 year old nephew's upcoming visit. We blew them up when they arrived to see how easy they were to inflate and how long they would hold air. The inflation valves are easy to use and it doesn't take too much blowing to get them fully inflated. I didn't feel light headed afterward which is a plus. We left them on the dining room table inflated and they stayed fully blown up with no deflating which has happened with floaties in the past. The material is thick and seems durable. Myself and my teenage daughter slid them on our arms to see how easy they went on and off and whereas they were a bit tight on our more sizable arms, they were still easy to use and stayed firmly in place. I'm sure that these will work great for my nephew when he arrives.

Baby nephew was definitely ready for the pool during our last vacation! Got him these for the safety when it comes to swimming which also put his parents at ease! He was comfortable which is definitely a plus in my book as he usually has an issue with things on his upper body but not with these.

This a comfortable for long wear. They are a fun color so the kid was into wearing them. They work just like they need to. This is a great product for small area swimming or big open spaces. They stand out so you can see your kid in a crowd adding to eh safety.

Thank you for choosing our L-T-S Arm Floats! I bet the children are super comfortable with them, especially because they are flat on the inside on the arm area, so no chafing or rubbing, but still excellent buoyancy!

First time parent here so I can't compare how these are in comparison to others, but I was impressed by the thickness and ease of getting these floaties on my son. This is only his second time in the pool, but these helped to keep him afloat with of course our supervision. The bright orange color is great and it comes with a patch in case you get a hole. No issues & would recommend.

Thank you for taking a moment to tell us of your experience with our L-T-S Poolmaster Arm Floats. They are easy to put on as they are flat on the side of his arm, closest to his body. This keeps him comfortable, while you can feel comfortable that the heavy gauge blown up vinyl offers excellent buoyancy in the water.

These are big enough to fit even a 10 year old. They are huge unlike other floaties. But that also means lots of air pumping needed. They are also very high quality , sturdy and comfortable. I also like the bright orange color as its easy to spot when the pool is filled. They gave my child the confidence to swim in water.

I remember using floaties like these when I was little. These orange "learn-to-swim" arm bands have a high quality, long lasting feel to them. Both of my children, ages 7 and 4, were able to use them. At first, I inflated the product completely, only then to find out that they were so tight, we could not get them on. It seems it would be best to slip them on the arm first, then inflate. The box offers little instructions, but says to inflate to full capacity. Ours were a little over half capacity. My 7 year old used them for quite a while. He is a reluctant swimmer, but with these on I could see his confidence rise and he tried wading in the water, and began jumping about and bobbing in the water. These arm floaties did not make him completely float on top of the water, which I see as a good thing. He still had to work to float and swim. I will encourage him to continue to use these as he learns.

Super cute and comfy. Easy to blow up. Went on my child’s arms very easily. I like how durable they seem so they can be used time after time. I cannot wait for the pool to open up so we can give these a try.

These are a great option for learning kids! The fabric is thicker than other floaters I’ve purchased and my kid had no issues getting them on herself. They were easy to inflate and they have a seal so it doesn’t lose air in between breaths. A great piece of mind for parents.

Quality Floats for Kids

These floats are made of quality vinyl plastic and include a plastic patch for repair if accidently punctured. They are easy to inflate and remain inflated well. The bright colors help you to spot your child in the pool. The floats are for ages 3-12, although older children might not like the "Learn to Swim" logo.
