Portable Outdoor Lantern with Clear Panel - Techko Maid: Solar Powered, IP65 Waterproof, LED Lighting

I have had trouble with solar power lights in the past, but this one works great even after a few months of use! I also like the option to pick either warm glow or white light. I will be purchasing again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Techko Solar Portable Lanterns arrived about 2-3 weeks ago and I just love them. They came in a pack of two, have clear panels and you can choose from either white or amber light. So far, I am partial to the amber light, but the white light is handy when you need that extra brightness. It is recommended that you charge these outside for optimal charge, but since our weather here has been kind of crazy with winds blowing away our shutters, I choose to just place them on my window cell and they still work great. I know the lanterns are for outdoor use, but they have come in very handy indoors lately with all the power outages we have been having. The lanterns are a great size (5.23” x 5.19” x 7.87”). They must be on the “on” position when charging and will automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn. They are waterproof, so they can withstand the rain. Love the fact that since it’s solar there are no cords to deal with. And the claims that they last 12+ hours/all night is true, I went to bed at 3 am and the lights in the lanterns were still on and very bright. The Techko Solar Portable Lanterns are great to have whether it’s to use in the yard, on the deck, out camping or when you have a power outage. I plan on buying a few more and I definitely recommend them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a solar product and was unsure about how it would work but after using these lights I wish I would’ve gave them a try sooner. The directions were clear in that before use I needed to switch them on and put outside in the sun to charge. I left both lights out all day the day that I got them and by the time it was dark they were both shining bright. I can’t wait to use them for all of my outdoor events whenever the weather is warmer. I love that there is two different light settings white and amber so that I can change it up to fit the occasion. I can’t recommend these enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these Techko Solar Portable Lanterns. They charge throughout the day and they are charged for 12 hours so they light up at night. They have a choice of white or amber light with clear panels. I really like that they are portable. They would be great for camping or just sitting outside at night. If you want a brighter light of course the white light is brighter. I like the amber lighting for a nice ambience. These would make a great gift for anyone. I plan to purchase a set of these for my mom. She has absolutely no outside lighting and her birthday is next month. I know she will love them as much as I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this as lighting on our porch instead of turning on the brighter,harsher overhead lights and I love them! First, they are the easiest lights I've used. You just flip the power switch, leave them outside all day and then they are ready to rock! Although I wasn't sure about it initially, the ability to choose the color is great. If i want reading light the Amber is perfect, but if I need to illuminate the area to see where I'm walking, just flip the switch in the other direction!

I like having lights outside that can get solar charged and do not have to be plugged in! I had it out all day, and it turns on automatically at dusk. It lasted all night long which was awesome. The best feature that these lights have is being able to change them from a white light to an amber color light! I love the amber color, as it’s more rustic looking! Either white or amber, the light is actually very bright! Being portable is also a very good feature. They have handles so you can move these around easily, wherever I need them. These will look great around my inground pool in the summer time. The lights do open,so you can easily put some decorations inside since there are no light bulbs. The only downside on these, is that the switches on top (on/off switch and white/amber switch) are a little hard to slide. Other than that, these are a great decoration to use any season! You won’t be disappointed with these, as they hold their charge a long time! I need to get more of these for the summer!

You can change the color to either white or amber, they’re easy to move, definitely hold a charge (from the sun!) for a long time and they have doors that open so you can put things in there for added decor. The one thing that I would change about them, or at least be careful when using, are the doors themselves. I accidentally broke a piece of door that helps it open. Not a big deal since it still opens and closes but be careful if you keep things inside and want to switch things out a lot.
