A: Their website says any age that can safely operate it and up to 200lbs

A: The Power Pony has been designed to work on grass and gravel as well as paved surfaces. It even goes up a hill! We have lot of off-roaders on the Power Pony team.

A: You only get 180 day warranty. Our battery died and they wouldn’t send a replacement. It’s about $50 for a new battery but we paid almost $500 for the pony and only got about a years worth of play, if that. But it can be replaced.

Where was this toy when I was a kid?! This is every kid's dream!!! My daughter is 4 years old and she cannot get enough of the Princess Zume V2 Power Pony!! This toy offers everything: a large sized stuffed animal horse for your kid to snuggle and "care for", imaginative play (she pretends she is a princess riding her horse to her castle), and has made family walks so much more enjoyable for me! The pony was durably crafted and is so easy to maneuver and balance on-- which made this an easy win! Even my 2 year old is already begging to ride it!! My husband and I are always trying to be intentional and deliberate with the toys we buy. So many toys can go unused, collect dust, or be fun for one time use. But this toy is utilized daily, creates the opportunity for independent play and creativity (yay for a nice chance to drink my coffee in peace lol), and continues to be the hit toy in our house whenever friends come by :) I would highly recommend this to any parents wondering if it worth it-- BECAUSE IT ABSOLUTELY IS!!!!

Gave this to my extremely bright but timid grand daughter for her 5th birthday.... she is in love! Wants to sleep with her pony.... not happening. Learning to navigate it takes practice, but in the beginner mode, she is figuring it out and cracking us all up as she reprimands her pony for not "behaving". Yes I would recommend following guidlines of wearing a helmet, but moving slow by keeping it in beginner mode, it has been stable and she gains confidence everytime she rides. So excited to be able to share such an interactive toy which is developing her confidence and love of animals. Not sure what all the negativity is about in the reviews.... LOVE THIS PONY!

DANGEROUS! I gave this to my daughter for Christmas after wanting to buy it for a few years. She’s older now and can handle it but when I tell you this thing is dangerous! It’s really fast and makes sharp turns. The price is also outrageous for what you’re getting. I returned it back to the store before I had to spend money on broken bones. No thanks!

Literally don't! I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and after only 1 week of using it, it won't charge and won't even turn on. So much money - gone. She was so exctied about it. 100% regret purchasing it!

This product is great but had a huge downfall. It leaves scuff marks all over the house. I don't know why I didn't take a before photo, but this was after 30 minutes of mopping and scrubbing with "the pink stuff." If my daughters didn't love it so much we'd return them. They are lots of fun just be prepared for the amount of work you need to clean up after each ride.

Bought this present for my 5 year old for Christmas (after I had to go to 8 Targets). Went to put it together so she would have it for Christmas morning. Opened the box to find out it was used. The head had a whole with stuffing coming out and it was filthy. What a major disappointment that Target did not check it when it was returned or before the sold it again

Both my 4 year old and my 9 year old love riding it around. They figured out how to ride it pretty fast and love going around the neighborhood on it. I love that there are different settings so I can adjust the max speed for my younger daughter.
