Controller was great while it was working. No joke, great controller, other than the lack of rumble. But after only 6 months one of the triggers (ZR) stopped working. Although it was advertised as having a 2 year warranty, it's actually impossible to use the warranty. The only contact info is one web form, www.powera.com/support/submit-case-request/ , which does not actually allow you to submit a request, just generates a null pointer exception when you click Submit, no matter what information you put in or what browser you use.

The controller's design and feel is the standard procontroller with a few extra, mostly useless, buttons. The controller also feels very cheap especially in comparison to a non-third party controller. My controller used to be able to connect to a switch both wired and wirelessly, but now can only connect wirelessly. This made it very hard for me when i was playing at a smash local since the setups were so close i couldn't get the controller to connect to the setup i needed. My controller is also starting to drift really badly, more specifically the left stick is drifting hard upwards and i cannot play the games i want to play properly. You can't even calibrate the stick in the system settings because the controller doesn't support it. This controller has just been causing problem after problem and I think it's way more worth it to just buy a normal procontroller despite its higher price.

This product was very well to me for the first two weeks using it I did discover that it didn't have haptics but I'm fine with that. I have a problem with it that just none of the button respond.

I bought this control in November 2023 and it’s already unusable in September 2024. The left joystick drifts and cannot be fixed due to Switch’s faulty system. There are countless reviews of the same thing happening to others that can be found online. It is past the return date for Target so I am stuck with an expensive and unusable controller.

I love love LOVE this controller. I use my Nintendo Switch on my tv pretty regularly so I was very excited to receive it. I own another controller but it does not have Lumectra. Needless to say, I prefer this new one now! The color combinations are endless and make it even more fun to use. The battery life is excellent. Its comfortable to hold and durable. I know this because I have dropped it once with no issues.

The battery life and comfort of this wireless controlller is great. It was easy to link it with my switch. I would say the instructions that came with the controller werent as helpful as searching online for peer video instructions. Some buttons I accidentally hit which is annoying but it hasnt affected game play.
