Won't stay connected my son who is 10 got this bday gift on Oct 7th plus I didn't know that target only let's take back electronics up to two weeks I wish I knew this

Buttons would stick and half of the time they wouldn’t register when pressing. It worked fine in the beginning then really started to show those signs less than 3 months of buying it.

I have used many controllers in my life and worn them out playing many games. I have to say that this is probably one of the best I have ever used, _especially_ for PC gaming. Its core design is basically the Xbox Series S or Switch Pro controller, but it has a lot of extra features that I completely love. 1) It has Hall effect sticks which auto-calibrate and never drift (in my one year of use they are still perfectly centered) 2) It has a gyroscope for motion controls on Switch and PC 3) It works wired or wirelessly and the USB-C socket feels sturdy enough to keep plugged in while playing unlike, say the MicroUSB on a DS4 controller. 4) It can pair with loads of different systems - Switch consoles, Xbox One consoles, Android and iPhone, Windows using XInput which works for most games, Linux using SDL2, Windows as a wireless DirectInput controller for legacy games like Cave Story (which is wild, no other product does this), and finally it can passthrough motion controls via DS4Windows which works fantastic when emulating Wii / WiiU / 3DS / PS3 games that use gyro. 5) It has a lot of advanced configuration features like switching the A/B and X/Y buttons, configurable stick sensitivity, programmable macros, and an interesting feature to add gyro controls to your left or right stick which can add that feature to games that don't normally support it. I will be honest and say that I rarely actually use these features, but it's cool that they are available. I only have very minor complaints with the product in general: 1) Noise: occasionally the face buttons squeak when pressed (which I solved with a drop of silicone lubricant), the D-Pad is clicky and can be kind of noisy I guess if you're trying to be quiet, and the rumble motors make a small hum when they're spinning at low power. The hum is mainly noticeable in games that try to use "immersive" rumble like Ratchet & Clank or Forza and are constantly doing small rumbles throughout gameplay, but you can always just disable that. 2) The advanced configuration requires you to look at a guide to remember what magical button combinations do what. Sometimes you make a mistake by pressing the gear button and then you feel two small rumbles and think "oh no, what setting did I just change" and then have to do a config reset. That's rare for me though. 3) Because of the extra configuration buttons all over, I wouldn't give this controller to anyone under like 8 years old or who don't have the manual close by because they might change something without realizing it and then get frustrated when things suddenly act crazy or stop working.

Slow reaction time, hard time paring, weak vibrations,sticky buttons(B,A) would not recommend for fast games on switch but decently priced,and looks good.

I was hopeful but unfortunately they don’t stay connected. No button problems but… Constantly pausing games to reconnect the controller. So we just don’t use them and got the 8bitdo ones. Those are way better for about the same price.

Bought on 12/22. On 1/5 the left stick does not register up/down. Tried to calibrate, but no luck. Can't return it because I already threw out the packaging. It's too bad because the controller is really solid otherwise.

I had to return the first one I bought because the B button which never felt the same as the others started to get stuck down after a couple weeks. Everything else about it worked well, and the build quality is really solid IF you get one that doesn’t have a defect. It’s heavy and the joysticks, triggers, buttons feel great. The d-pad could be better though. I returned it and bought another one that I’ve been using for a couple of months now and have used quite a bit during that time. I haven’t had any issues with my Switch and everything works great (gyro, vibration, macro button etc) I haven’t used the controller with anything else. The manual isn’t great but it’s good enough. This is where I think a lot people might have issues. There’s products that are a good fit for what we’ll call the “general population”, and then there’s others that are better on a website reached through those who find them while doing a targeted search. This controller is the latter, a Gulikit King Kong 2 rebadged to sell at Target. I think this controller being grabbed by people who won’t take the time to look into how to adjust settings or utilize features, pair it successfully, update firmware, etc is a big part of the negative reviews. If you get one with good buttons, and you’re willing to read a little text and look at indicator lights, you’ll probably really like this controller.

Terrible, won’t ignore reviews again , we couldn’t play Mario Kart because it kept crashing us. We couldn’t play other games either, the joy sticks don’t work . It doesn’t work well with IPHONE 15 either even though it’s advertised to do so. This isn’t a black and white controller like I thought as well, it has fake silver L and R buttons that you don’t see in the package cover because it’s hidden.

I liked the size and the button layout and the fact that it is wireless. However, after about 3ish days the button started to stick and stop working.

I have bought 2 controllers and both have glitches and stopped working after the first use. Would not recommend this controller. The design is nice but it simply doesn’t work

If you're like myself and play on pc and nintendo switch, this is a no brainer. Buttons are nice and tactile, thumbsticks are smooth and tight and the "programability" works great. I play slightly competitively on pc and casually on switch. And it works better than even a licensed xbox and switch pro controller.

so I bought this controller 3 days ago and at first I was impressed on the quality but then after the 2 day with the controller the buttons and trigger buttons started to squeak it's a great controller and all but they should if made the buttons with better quality not little cheap plastic

Great item! Granddaughter loves it and it fits her hands well.

Quality of controller feels sturdy, however the B keeps sticking and is very annoying. I am going to return and get a replacement. Hopefully that will resolve the issue since I really enjoy the feel of this controller.

I do like it! It took a moment to connect to my switch. I actually had to plug it in to the switch to register than unplug it and I had no problems! So, in case that happens to anyone else! Haven’t had any button problems or anything!

Purchased this controller for my daughter as a Christmas gift with the new Pokémon game. Was pleasantly surprised I can use it on my PC too! The feel is great, I’m a fan of the Xbox style controller so putting that with the switch is a bonus. The buttons all feel great and preform as expected. Looking forward to seeing her grow as a “gamer” using this new controller! I’ve recommended this to other friends/parents, I would recommend it to you reading this as well!

I would say the Anti Drift sticks and overall build quality is definitely a good step forward for these guys. Get your hands on one you’ll catch my drift.

Product is good quality and reliable

Does everything it says on the tin. Works with my switch, my PC, or my phone. Buttons have good travel, joysticks are Hall effects so no drift.
