Stopped working. Company doesn't stand by its product.

This is a Christmas gift, so I don’t have a review at this time.

Love the sealer when it was functioning but it has been roughly 6 months and the bags are not sealing firmly any longer. Salmon is literally falling out the bottom and the vacuum is not being maintained in any bags any longer.

Do not waste your time or money!! It worked beautifully the first 2x’s then after that, with very minimal use, it stopped performing. It barely sucks out any air - I can remove the same amount of air pushing on a ziploc. Just buy the real food saver & thank me later.

It took a bit of practice but I was able to figure out how to get it to work well. Good buy as it was half off before Christmas.

The first one didn’t work well. Target replaced it and the second one works great. I would definitely advise getting the Allstate insurance on it.

This machine is cheap and ineffective. It is difficult to use and takes some effort to close, as noted in the reviews. I figured I would give it a try and it broke during the second use. The first time I used it, the suck ion was weak at best. Now the door hinge broke so I have weak suction and no way to seal it. I don’t think I can return it so I am out of luck. Save your time and money and get something else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolulety LOVE this product, worked amazingly well for me and my needs. I've only ever had the large and bulky ones, switching over I was a little skeptical but, WOW its AWESOME and can definitely be used for many different things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to use. I tried it on a bag of Cheetos and it worked perfectly! I did not think it worked at all because it was so silent and did not make any noise. It sealed the bag perfectly! Overall; absolutely amazing and so quiet!

Very poorly made, very difficult to latch. We have had a sealer of the most popular brand for over 10 years and STILL works better than this. Returned to seller, wouldn't even seal 2nd bag and DOES NOT use less bag product (as advertised)!!!

No more freezer burned food! I am so impressed with the seal and I look forward to venture out and seal up some of my crafting beads. The possibilities are endless! I’m in love with this machine!

It's very hard to close. I also waste a lot of bag because of the empty space it needs in order to vacuum the air out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Duo Nuutrisealer vacuum system works so well. It is easy to use and I can use it on all my bulk meats and even sealing snacks and such. Great for pre-portioning lunches for the kids to grab and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was wasting so much food using regular freezer bags, things always seemed to end up with frostbite and a few times bags opened as I was getting them out of the freezer leaving a huge mess. Whenever friends gave me frozen meals they used vacuum sealed bags and the foods tasted as good as fresh so I wanted to start saving foods smarter too. First, you get 4 nice size rolls of make your own bags for use along with the 2 vacuum seal bags and attachment to use when canning or when using the resealable vacuum bags. The actual Nutrisealer wasn’t hard to master using the easy start instructions. I liked that they added a recipe book with the sealer, the chili recipe was pretty good. I mainly use the sealer for frozen foods but it’s helped me save tortillas that normally end up hard and stale when I try to make them ahead. This just might be the perfect solution for longer term food storage because foods are no longer frost bitten or stale. I can make larger batches of chili and lasagna and freeze portions rather than just trying to do smaller ones. I learned to roll out my ground beef so packages take up less freezer space and thaw quicker and using the sealer it stays fresh tasting longer term and no freezer burn.

It has saved me so much money being able to seal packages and buy family sizes packages of meat and split them up and seal them. I have also sealed chip and cereal bags back so not to have soggy chips and cereal. I would absolutely recommend to everyone!!

I have always used regular store bought storage bags and most of my meat and some vegetables would get freezer burned because some bags would open. With the Nutrisealer, I have been able to secure my food as if it came from the grocery store. So easy to cut the plastic storage material and the vacuum option is beyond wonderful. I have with a touch of a button made snack packs for my children. This is so budget friendly because instead of purchasing single serve portions, which are more expensive. I can now purchase food in bulk and cut and store. I have made full meal ingredients to just pop in the crock pot or in the oven and so much time has been saved. I have no excuses to do the much needed food prepping for my family. I even sealed chili and i was so scared to do liquid but OMG it was so easy to seal. My husband is so happy that all he has to do is cut the bag and put in crock pot or Instapot. All the effort needed to seal the deal is a push of a button. When traveling I can make small bags sealed with q-tips, very sanitary for toothbrushes and hair ties. best of all is this Nutisealer is portable. I have taken it with me to my family get togethers and when it is time to leave no need to look for containers you will never return. WE cut seal and pack, less to carry and no refrigerator or freezer bulging. Perfect item!
