I have been using these since they came out and LOVE them. 15 minutes after using them my heart rate has slowed down a bit, and the general buzzing of anxiety has gone away Warning— they are not chewy at first! You have to suck on them for a little while before you can bite into them or they are crazy hard. You can also heat them up in the microwave for 10 seconds to make them more chewable. I recommend these to everyone I know, including my highschoolers who have test anxiety or college anxiety, or drama with friends, etc.

I don’t know how they expect you to chew these. Every single piece was as hard as a rock — I could only scrape off a sliver from the corner with a small paring knife. That sliver tasted vile, by the way. I don’t normally return things like this, but I want my money back for this.

Terrible come down. Made me paranoid and extremely anxious. I haven't fought with my husband in a decade. Fought constantiy when I started taking these supplements. As soon as I stopped taking them, we stopped arguing.

I have a high-stress job (sales) and these little babies keep me sane. I love that they are full of clean ingredients, so I can pop more than one in my mouth during particularly challenging days. I was shocked to find how quickly and effectively they work. I took one for the first time on a day I had to have a tough conversation with leadership, and was able to calmly and effectively deliver the information I needed to. I keep a tin of this one + the attention chews both next to my computer. Love love love them both!

These are like whoa. I was scanning target for a vegan supplement that would help with attention and focus after being diagnosed ADD and not tolerating any of the meds. Tried these and holy snap, like a lightbulb. No jitters, no crash. So I came back for more and found the "calm" ones and y'all, same deal but other end of the spectrum. I only have to take my anti anxiety meds when I'm in a panic attack now rather than nightly before bed.

Ok, I did not have big expections here, I usually feel like most of these kinds products are something I buy out of desperation and then they don't work and I just move on continuing to stress out, but no, not theses!! These are worth every penny becuase they ACTUALLY WORK. I now stash these mood chews everywhere... I keep one in my car, at my desk, next to my bed, and in my purse. The tin is so cute, and I'm always passing them out to friends. No, they are not like your regular "gummy" they are definitely unique in how they taste and in their texture, but it's addictive once you get used to it! I love that they don't have any sugar or dyes or artificial stuff... they taste very natural but delightfully fresh and a little sour. In about 20 mins, I can lower my shoulders and my brow relaxes and I can tackle my todo list. The mental clarity is amazing!! I also take them before bed if I need to unwind... but only I haven't already taken it to do bedtime routine with my kids. Anyway, obviously I'm a superfan here. I can't imagine my life without these now though!! Thanks PYM!
