Primo Water Portable Water Dispenser with Touch Controls White

Manufactured in 2018 and no longer charges even though purchased brand new

Love this item. So easy to use. Just charge it, set it on the bottle push the button to start the water flow, and push the button to stop the flow. Flow is consistent and does not take long.

The mini USB port will no longer accept the cable! When my Bottom loading dispenser ceased to function I decided to purchase this dispenser rather than invest in another appliance. Last night when I went to recharge it, the port would not accept the cable. I tried other cables of the same size with the same result. Of cpurse I am unable to find the documentation for how long ago I purchased this but it has been less than a year.

Just bought this dispenser yesterday the set up was smooth worked for a little while and then it stopped dispensing water. It’s charged but the indicator light stopped working and it will not dispense water. Really not happy with product.

Brand new out of the box it doesn’t work. Pump turns on and sounds like it’s working but has no suction.

I have this dispenser and love it but I moved and lost the charger. How do I get a replacement charger so I can use it again>

these are the ugliest things I've Ever seen. They look like a pair of shoes and I'm quite serious when I say they are the size of a pair of shoes about size 7 shoes in women's sizes They are all plastic. I doubt that you can clean them properly because there's so many plastic parts and interior plastic parts. It seems layer upon layer of plastic and they are atrociously ugly. The product came from China in a box with no invoice and no instructions no phone number no information whatsoever.

Potential to be an excellent product. Unfortunately, the pump is at the end of a very stretchy, silicone hose not in the actual unit. So if you pull on it just a little, it will pull apart the tiny ear bud sized wires that run up the hose to the unit rendering it useless. Please redesign OR offer a replacement hose with pump. Not spending more money on a third unit....

This despender works great. It's quieter than others, and the spout extends farther than others as well. Only problem that we've had is that the Micro-USB port is very weak. There isn't really anything supporting it except for the solder on the little logic board, so any wiggling will weaken that connection over time. My pump is dead now, but if I could find a replacement circuit board, it would be an easy fix.

This water dispenser is awesome! So easy to set up and use. Our kids love it. We use it when we travel and at home. Batter life is great and no drip also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a chance to use my new portable Primo rechargeable water dispenser for a few weeks now and it’s been amazing, I love that I can bring it with me to my kids outdoor sporting events for water on the go. I can also use it in my upstairs office without having to carry a huge dispenser up several stairs. It fits both 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles and can even dispense water while charging. Overall I have been super impressed with this dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Primo Rechargeable water pump encourages me to drink more water. I just had to buy a 5 gallon bottle of water and stick the pump in the bottle. And it’s ready to go. However, I did have to change the pump, even though the box said that the pump comes already charged. Little hiccup there. The pump is super easy to use, just press once to start the water flow and then again to stop it. It doesn’t even drip a little after stopping the pump. I’m currently using it at my house with reusable water bottles. This pump also saves the environment with less trash for plastic water bottles. I can also see myself taking this pump and a jug of water camping with us.

I currently use it attached to 2-gallon jugs for my coffee bar to refill the coffee machine water reservoirs, but I also take it with me on road trips with 2-gallon jugs for my family to refill water bottles. The charge lasts for quite a while as I have had it for about a month and have not had the need to recharge it yet, but I also do not use it daily.

It is a nice small size and and portable so you can take it anywhere. It lasts a nice long time on a single charge. Aside from using this at home, I use it while camping and it has lasted all weekend on a single charge.
