I do like that is ginger and honey and may be good for dealing with cold indoor illness. I do feel like maybe a half of the packet would do because it seemed a little sweet. Other than the sweetness I did feel pretty good after drinking it. I highly recommend for ginger lovers.

I tried this last night to see if it would help with night time nausea and it was amazing! My nausea was relived after the cup was gone and I was able to sleep peacefully.

Anytime I feel a tummy ache coming on I make one of these drinks and feel so much better. They are delicious and soothing. The ginger is a tad strong but for me it wasn’t too bad.
