Last bottle was so watery. Quality keeps going down, been purchasing for almost 3 years and it went from emollient to watery mess. Will find another brand. Why mess with a good thing ?

Last two bottles have been extremely watering and spilling out of the bottle as soon as you open it. Frustrating but I’ve seen this happen with other Shea moisture products. They start at fantastic and then they change the formula,or bottle size (both in this case). So disappointing considering the limited options of quality natural products on the market.

I can’t compare to what it used to be like other reviews have said, but I was not impressed with this my first time. Can’t say I’ve ever had to shake lotion before to mix it, but after a bunch of water spilled out before my hand was even out to catch it, I tried shaking it. Second try, it wasn’t clear like water and was white, but it was still a runny consistency and made a mess massaging into my son. I thought maybe it was just my bottle but after reading reviews (unfortunately after the fact), I realize it’s not just me. Into the garbage it went and I’ll look for something else. Waste of money

I’ve used this lotion for almost 3 years now and it’s always been my go to!! I recently purchased what I thought was just a bad batch, but after reading recent reviews, I assume there’s been some kind of formula change that’s made the consistency EXTREMELY watery and less fragrant. Ended up returning the bottle. Such a shame.

I don’t know what’s happened with this recent batch over the past few months, but as a person who has been using this option for the past 4 years… my last few bottles have been ridiculously watery. Even if I shake it up, there’s terrible separation and the lotion often pours out of the bottle. It’s weird & unfortunate because I truly lived this lotion, but after it being a thing that has gapped to two separate bottles, I’m not buying it again.

So sad. This used to be great. The formula keeps changing and now it is horrible. I thought I got a bad batch but I see other reviews describing the same watery gloppy consistency I also experienced. I need to return this.

wow this is seriously fragrant. The smell is alright, not terrible, but just way more than I like. The lotion itself is very creamy and works though sticky at first but after a while the sticky goes away but...I really cannot deal with how strong the fragrance is so wont use is. I am surprised since this is for a baby (I am 75), Totally did not work for me.

Maybe it’s old, maybe the product isn’t quality anymore, but when I first opened it, it dripped out like watery “lotion”. Isn’t moisturizing and it’s a waste of money.

I prefer the coconut version, but I tried the chamomile & argan and it's nice too. The scent seemed way too strong at first, but it grew on me and I actually really like it now. My partner and I decided it smells like fruit loops. Relatively clean ingredients other than the "parfum". If they offered a frangrance free version I would give 5 stars. If you're sensitive to scents this might not be for you.The new bottle label doesn't say "frankincense and myrrh" on the front, but it's still listed as an ingredient. I personally don't care about those ingredients, but just in case you were wondering. I have dry skin that can be sensitive and get oily. For me this lotion is moisturizing and I use it on my hands every night before bed. We also use Vaseline Intensive Care in the home (family with exzema) which I don't like b/c of the greasy afterfeel. I haven't really found any good moisturizing lotions that don't leave some sort of residue on your skin, but this one isn't greasy and I don't feel like I need to rinse my palms off like I do with other lotions. I prefer the baby lotion over the regular Shea Moisture lotions b/c the baby lotion is lighter but still moisturizing. Overall it's a good pick and I'll continue to repurchase.

Oh my!!! This shea moisture baby lotion is probably one of the best lotion out there for the little one. My baby has sensitive skin, and we use this on her. This lotion smells really good, it’s lightly scented. I also use their shampoo/body wash for my baby as well. It’s a little expensive, but overall I would say it’s worth the money.

When selecting a cream for my newborn it was very important for me to find a moisturizing cream that had clean ingredients nothing harmful for my babies skin and I’m glad to say the SheaMoisture provides that. The cream help my babies skin be hydrated feel smooth and soft while leaving my small baby smelling so nice
