Joovy Caboose Ultralight Sit Stand Double Stroller

Overall, this is a good sit and stand stroller. I was previously given a friend’s old Graco ready to grow stroller, and found it very challenging to maneuver, poor sun protection. This is much better in those regards. However, my issue with this stroller is the sit and stand portion, and I am surprised the reviews do not comment on this more. In order for my toddler (2 1/2 years old) to sit comfortably in the rear facing seat, the facing seat essentially needs to be in the upright position. This really is not possible with a four month old as it needs to be at least halfway reclined (also needs to be halfway reclined if you are using the car seat adapter), which results in my toddler having to lean slightly forward while sitting on the rear seat and certainly needing to hold onto the bars so that she does not fall off, especially if you are pushing uphill. Additionally, the “standing platform“ is located too far under the seat such that she definitely cannot stand on it and ride, as the seat would be pushing into her knees, and in fact when she is sitting, results in her actually having to curl her legs essentially underneath her in order to rest her feet comfortably on the platform. I love my joovy products which is why I went with the stroller I am a bit disappointed. It seems like you essentially need to get the adapter for the second forward facing seat in the back in order for a toddler to sit comfortably for any prolonged period of time. Ultimately it is fine for a quick ons and offs but I’m not sure it will be once my toddler gets a little bit bigger.

The best!! I was hesitant to buy because I bought full price (no deal). I have a one and three year old. They love it!!! Three year old is able to sit when he wants. He usually now walks but has the option to sit when tired or needs a break. The front seat goes down when my one year old needs to nap. Wish I bought it sooner. Also it is very light weight! Easy to move around :-)

This is IT!!!! I am absolutely in love with this stroller❤️ I have a 6 year old and a 2 year old and they both love being able to be with each other and my 6 year old feels like such a big girl on the back seat bench. We’re going to Disneyland and it’s perfect for both of them to be able to relax during the day. Plenty of room for storage and so easy to break down. Love this!

Likes- both kids are comfy, the shade is bigger than we thought and we like how small it gets when put down. Dislikes- seems slightly on the films side, when both kids are in it that’s when we noticed the flimsy the most. The handle area with the cup holders, you can’t have to big of a cup otherwise your hand hits it. Wish that it was like 5 inches wider and it would be perfect for us.

It’s great when you have kids that get tired on long walks and need a break when you wanna keep going you only need to plan what goes into the basket under the seat if it’s big it’ll be a hassle to get to when the kids are loaded on and the wheels will squeak if you even get them a little wet but it’s an easy fix with some wd40 other than that the stroller is great

Double stroller is size of single stroller. Super light weight compared to some strollers out there. Oldest can get on when she gets tired.

It is very hard to turn when my 4 and 2 year old are in it. My 2 year olds feet almost tpuvhes the ground in the front seat part.

Great stroller - makes outings with my 3yr old and 10month old super easy and enjoyable. Perfect for paved surfaces and lots of sunshine. Gives my 3 yr old some independence but also keeps us both cool and calm when navigating parking lots.

This stroller is a great value! It is so versatile. I bought it because I have a 3 month old and a 2 year old and needed to be able to have my 2 year old ride along when she gets tired. She loves both the sitting position and the standing. There isn't much room when she sits in the rear and the car seat is in front like other people have mentioned in their reviews but it doesn't seem to bother her so why should it bother me. I'm glad I sprung for this lighter weight version as even when folded it's a pretty large stroller...it's a long one but manageable. I have a Hyundai Sonata and it fits in the trunk even with the car seat adapter, it's just a tight fit. The only thing I do not like is it's really hard to get to the basket and the weight limit on the basket is only 5#. I used the stroller basket on my previous stroller for the diaper bag and anything else I picked up as we live in a large city and walk basically everywhere but that's not possible now so I take the bare min and bring a backpack when grocery shopping. That being said, the stroller has done well on all the dips and bumps and it's very sturdy.

So far I enjoy it, but I only used to around the house to test it out. Very good quality for the price!

Awesome stroller, but the instructions suck. They are all pictures with no words. I’m not a stupid person, but it took me about 30 min to put it all together. Other than that, it’s a pretty lightweight stroller. When it originally arrived, it weighed 37lbs in the box.. why is the box so heavy??? Once I took it out of the box, it weighed as described.

I absolutely LOVE this stroller!! It is lightweight, easy to fold, durable & fits in the trunk of my car! They need these in the stores & not just online so people can see how amazing this stroller is!

I love it! It was easy to assemble and it served its purpose of holding my 2 youngest sons without the feel of have a big bulky double stroller. I purchased the seat attachment in addition for my two year old to sit comfortably and if he falls asleep I can recline that seat as well! Once he gets older I know I can simply remove the seat and have him either sit in reverse, or stand... best thing I invested in for my newborn and toddler. For a more compact trunk, it's best to remove the universal carseat attachment before putting it in the car.

I love this stroller! It is so lightweight and fits in the trunk of my Acura TSX easily. You do have to remove the car seat adapter, tray, and umbrella for it to fit more compactly but this wasn't a deal breaker for me. I actually have more room in my trunk now then I did with a single jogging stroller. When you are using the infant car seat adapter, there really isn't much room for the older child to sit on the back but they are able to stand comfortably. This really was only a problem for the first 6 months as my baby wanted to be sitting upright and not in the car seat when we were strolling. Once she was sitting up fully in the front seat, her brother could comfortably use the back seat. I love the canopy and so does my son (older child) because it keeps him out of the son.

I really like this stroller. Very light, tons of options for seating which will be great as the dynamics change with the family. A little "cheapy" feeling, but that comes with the territory of it being so lightweight... and inexpensive. I'm very happy with this and will recommend to others.

I love the versatility of this stroller! It was easy to assemble, easy to fold for storing, and seems sturdy and well-made overall. The improvements I would suggest are mainly to the storage basket: make it easier to access (the rear seat gets in the way even for stowing a large water bottle), more stable/rigid, and not so low (it bottoms out when loaded). The rear seat also needs to come all the way forward when we use it with the car seat in front, which means the seatbelt barely reaches around the older child. I would definitely still recommend, as most features are well-done and it really suits our needs.

I’m in love!!! I really wanted a sit and stand, but I didn’t want a clunky and heavy stroller like so many on the market. This gives you the best of both worlds. It’s light, easy to lift into my trunk, and takes up as much space as my umbrella stroller! (Not kidding) I’ve already gotten so many compliments on how it looks. I got the citron color and it’s a pretty chartreuse. My kids love it so far. We are expecting baby #4 in October, so we’ll see how it does with the car seat adapter , but according to other reviewers that works well too! Thanks Joovy, for creating an awesome stroller that makes this Mama’s life a little easier!

I really love this stroll so far!! It was easy to assemble and our first walk went great! Compared to the Graco Ready2Grow stroller it was much lighter, and most importantly, fit in the trunk of my Sonata even with the car seat attachment! It’s long but thin when folded, while the Ready2Grow Graco stroller was long but not nearly as thin which is why it didn’t fit in the trunk of my car. The only downside is that is does not stand on its own when folded so I will miss that feature. I bought the extra rear seat too which will hopefully come soon for me to try out.

Have used this a few times over the last 2 weeks and I love it! It’s incredibly easy to maneuver at the zoo and even easier at stores (can maneuver 1 handed). I have a 33lb and 22lb in it and it isn’t much heavier than our single stroller. Way lighter than the sit&stand we’ve been using. Would definitely recommend. Also, would suggest bag hooks to hand your diaper bag up front.

This stroller is a great value for two kiddos of different sizes/ages. I’m pleased with the in-line configuration and the fact that it’s compatible with an infant seat. Like some other reviewers said, the storage basket is a bit difficult to get to but it is large and I have a four year old who can grab things for me when he’s riding. The shade canopy is huge and covers both kids comfortably. I’m really happy with how smoothly it moves and turns and how well-balanced it is even with my bigger kiddo riding on back. I was worried it might be hard to push or turn with a four year old on back and an infant in he front but it’s a breeze. For the size, profile, versatility, and quality I think this stroller is a great value
