First cartridge arrived empty, it was expired. The cartridge expiration date did not match the box expiration date. Not sure if they sold me someone's return. The new replacement did not end up working with my printer & now I'm unable to send it back.

While the quality of each cartridge is good, the fact that my Hp printer does not qualify for inclusion in the instant ink program is very disappointing to say the least. Hp needs to include this printer, which to my knowledge is the only model not permitted to be a part of the program. It is an Office Jet Pro 7740. Why are are discriminated against for having a particular model of Hp printer? While the printer is in higher cost range of inkjet printers, charge the corresponding price but give the owners the opportunity to take advantage of the Instant Ink program.

This product is absurdly expensive. It annoys me to no end that the multi-function OfficeJet pro 8710 that I need the cartridges for will not perform ANY functions if one of the ink cartridges is empty. When these cartridges run out I will be buying a different brand printer… I can’t believe it’s cheaper to buy a new printer that comes with ink than to buy new cartridges.
