I’ve been taking these for about 2 months now and I didn’t think at first is notice any difference. I figured it would do its thing silently. But within the first week I noticed a slight decrease in appetite wich was amazing for me because I’d been over eating but wanting to loose weight. I also noticed the chronic bloat I live with had diminished by half. I could physically see my belly begin to go down. As it is normally protruding out. This has helped me feel more comfortable in my jeans and clothes. Overall my digestive health has improved with this probiotic. It’s a must have for me know and highly recommend by my gastroenterologist.

It caused me to gain weight. With no change in diet I gain 5 lbs in one week of use this probiotic. I wonder if it messed up my hormones since it states for women health. Made me very bloated and gassy. My tummy looks 6 month pregnant because of bloating.

I have been using this for almost 2 months and I have noticed a complete difference. I no longer have a lot of discharge throughout my cycle. And I smell good. Plus, it has good probiotics and prebiotics for your digestion and it has been really good for my IBS.

I purchased a box of the Culturelle Probiotics and it was shipped in a box with 30 lbs. of cat litter. Needless to say I had to return the crushed probiotics. Despite so many complaints from many people about packaging, it sadly doesn't improve.

I started taking this to relieve symptoms from antibiotic use. It is helping. I probably won't stay on them long term but I've tried other brands before and culterelle is my favorite so far. I can tell when it's working. The price is higher than I want to pay but worth it for the effectiveness if you really need probiotics. The bottle is not recyclable in my area so that was disappointing as well.

Got into a really nasty cycle of food poisoning, then uti or bladder infection. Im built in a way that just makes uti's more common. Im also really bad at staying hydrated so i fixed both. A funner water bottle, and every day or 2 days i take culturelle 4 in 1. I broke the uti cycle and ive been good ever since. I just finished my first month and just purchased a second bottle. It truly works for those super sensitive girls who are prone to those common ailments. I buy these monthly here because target has a more honest price

I am unsure how this works as a probiotic— it might have helped my digestive issues a bit, as well as recurring BV. However, it caused my skin to break out. My face, shoulders, and back. I was going crazy eliminating things to try and figure out what was going on, as my skin is always really clear. It finally occurred to me it could be these. I stopped taking them, and within 3 days my skin has already calmed down, and the zits are disappearing. I read a few others reviews with the same experience. So just beware! They are also pricey…I can find other probiotics at my local natural grocery store for the same price but a 60 day supply.

I have IBS and i was looking for comething that could help with symptoms. This was highly suggested and here is what i noticed. The bottle specifically mentions that you might experience gas and bloating when first taking it. Oh my. They are not lying. I was extremely gassy and it wasn’t painful or smelly, it was just gas. It lasted about 2 weeks. After that, i didn’t notice much of a difference. But i will buy again because I’m a firm believer that everything takes time. If taking it consistently for 2 months does not work, i will stop. But this is an honest review, i hope this helps someone
